Vervolgens dompelt u het in de <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">voorbereide dipsaus<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> en eet het. Neem spiesen (ze kunnen van hout, roestvrij staal of ander veilig materiaal zijn) en priem <strong>het vlees<\/strong> er voorzichtig op. Laat kleine tussenruimtes tussen de individuele stukken zodat het vlees goed gaart.
