Deze keer hebben we geprobeerd de beef Stroganoff aan te passen en hem<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;geschikt te maken voor vegetari\u00ebrs.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;En we moeten toegeven dat het een succes was. We hebben het vlees vervangen door tempeh en een plantaardig alternatief gebruikt in plaats van de klassieke room. Voeg de resterende 1 eetlepel ghee toe aan dezelfde pan, verhit en bak de fijngehakte <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ui.<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Bak tot deze goudbruin is, en voeg vervolgens de dun gesneden <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">champignons<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> toe. Roer af en toe en laat ongeveer 5 minuten sudderen.\nThen add fijngehakte <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">augurken<\/span><\/strong>, <strong>tempeh<\/strong> <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">en<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> tomatenpuree<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> en laat alles even opwarmen.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Voeg&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">groentebouillon of water<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;toe aan het mengsel.
