En deze is bijzonder goed gelukt. De basis is <strong>een luchtig en vochtig chocoladebeslag,<\/strong> dat niet breekt tijdens het oprollen. Zelfs beginnende koks zullen hier zeker plezier aan beleven. We hebben de room gemaakt van kwark, boordevol eiwitten en kokos, wat de Zwitserse rol een extra dimensie geeft. En natuurlijk, de <strong>chocoladelaag<\/strong> mag niet ontbreken!<\/p>\nDe geroosterde stukjes kokos op het oppervlak zijn dan slechts de kers op de taart die het naar een nog hoger niveau tilt. Voeg vervolgens <strong>gezeefde <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flours\">bloem<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cocoa-powder-vanavita.html\">cacao<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-baking-powder-wolfberry.html\">bakpoeder<\/a><\/strong> toe en meng met een spatel.\nFinally, voeg de opgeklopte eiwitten voorzichtig toe. Nu het deeg klaar is, giet het in een grote bakplaat bekleed met bakpapier. Plaats vervolgens de bakplaat met het deeg in een <strong>oven die voorverwarmd is tot 180 \u00b0C en bak het gedurende ongeveer 10\u201315 minuten.<\/strong> Na het bakken, haal het deeg voorzichtig van de bakplaat, verwijder het bakpapier en plaats het, nog warm, op een schone, vochtige doek.
