Verhit een koekenpan met wat olie (idealiter <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/sprej-na-vareni-canola-cooking-spray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>spray olie<\/strong><\/a>) en <strong>bak de vleesburgers tot ze goudbruin<\/strong> zijn aan beide kanten. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Zodra het vlees klaar is, begin dan<strong> met het bereiden van de dressing.<\/strong> Doe de <strong>yoghurt, ketchup, knoflook, zout en peper<\/strong> naar smaak in een kom en meng alles goed door elkaar. In een andere kom, prak de avocado en voeg <strong>citroensap, zout of gemalen peper<\/strong> naar smaak toe. Dit maakt een heerlijke groene spread. Vervolgens kunt u beginnen met het voorbereiden van de broodjes. Snijd de broodjes doormidden in de lengte (u kunt ze in een koekenpan licht roosteren).<\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>En dan kun je beginnen met het <strong>maken van de burgers.<\/strong> Verdeel de onderste helft met <strong>yoghurt dressing<\/strong>, de bovenste helft met <strong>avocadospread.<\/strong> Vervolgens, leg een handvol <strong>rucola<\/strong> op de onderste helft, leg het vlees er bovenop, daarna een paar plakjes tomaat, een paar uienringen en dek af met de bovenkant van de broodje, bedekt met de avocadospread.
