Het is een bereidingswijze waarbij u alle ingredi\u00ebnten in een hete pan met olie doet en ze snel roerbakken om ze <strong>crunchy<\/strong> te maken. Klinkt simpel, toch? Het moeilijkste is om te beslissen welke ingredi\u00ebnten u voor uw stir-fry wilt gebruiken. Deze keer hebben we gekozen voor een veganistische optie en tofu als hoofdingredi\u00ebnt gebruikt. We hebben ook groenten en champignons toegevoegd, wat het gerecht een onmiskenbare smaak geeft. Snijd het in kleinere blokjes. Snijd de <strong>courgette, champignons en ui<\/strong> in dunne plakjes. Schil de <strong>wortels<\/strong> en snijd ze in dunne plakjes.<\/p>\nNext, verhit een <strong>pan met<\/strong> <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\"><strong>olie<\/strong><\/a> en bak de <strong>champignons, tofu, uien en wortels<\/strong> hierin.\nNa een tijdje, voeg <strong>zucchini, sugarsnaps<\/strong> en <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-coconut-sugar-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>kokosbloesemsuiker<\/strong><\/a> toe. De groenten moeten nog steeds <strong>knapperig<\/strong> zijn. En klaar.
