Anders moet u beginnen met het voorbereiden. Was de Hokkaido pompoen en snijd deze in twee\u00ebn. Schil of verwijder de schil niet, dat is niet nodig. Schep de zaden uit beide helften, plaats vervolgens de pompoen op een bakplaat en <strong>bak deze in een voorverwarmde oven op 180 \u00b0C gedurende ongeveer 30-45 minuten<\/strong> (afhankelijk van de grootte van de pompoen).\nAls u de baktijd wilt verkorten, kunt u het in kleinere stukken snijden. U kunt zien of een pompoen goed gaar is door er met een vork in te prikken wanneer deze helemaal zacht is. Zodra het klaar is, laat het dan <strong>afkoelen en mix<\/strong> om een gladde pompoenpuree te maken.
