Onze zelfgemaakte versie is zo eenvoudig mogelijk, zodat iedereen hem kan bereiden. Bovendien bevat deze minder vet dan de reguliere versie, waardoor het makkelijker is om het in uw dagelijkse calorie-inname te verwerken, zelfs wanneer u afvalt. Spoel, schil en rasp de <strong>komkommer<\/strong> fijn. Indien nodig, breng hem op smaak. Snijd het in kleine, dunne plakjes.
