Verhit een pan en laat de <strong>uien in olijfolie bruin worden.<\/strong> Maak ondertussen de appels klaar. Roer af en toe en voeg indien nodig geleidelijk water toe.<\/p>\nDe vloeistof van het mengsel moet ongeveer de dikte van stroop hebben, dus voeg niet te veel water toe.
