De uitgebalanceerde ingredi\u00ebnten maken het zowel een heerlijke lunch als een diner. Naast groenten zoals tomaten, ijsbergsla en bonen, bevat het ook aardappelen om je complexe koolhydraten aan te vullen. En welke goede maaltijd zou er zonder eiwitten zijn? Zodra ze klaar zijn, snijd ze in vieren. <strong>Kook de eieren hard<\/strong> (plaats de eieren op kamertemperatuur in kokend water en kook ze 10 minuten). Laat ze vervolgens afkoelen in ijswater, pel de schil en snijd ze in vieren.<\/p>\nKook de <strong>gevroren bonen<\/strong> in heet en gezouten water gedurende ongeveer <strong>10 minuten<\/strong>, koel ze vervolgens af in ijswater en <strong>meng ze met de aardappelen en 3 eetlepels<\/strong> <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/zero-sauce-honey-mustard-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\"><strong>honey-mosterd ZERO saus<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Nu kunt u de maaltijd gaan serveren. Bekleed het bord met <strong>sla bladeren.<\/strong> Als u het gemakkelijker wilt maken om te eten, snijd het dan in stukjes.
