Zelfs minder ervaren koks kunnen het zeker onder de knie krijgen als ze het maar proberen. De basis van het hele gerecht is pompoenpuree, wat helpt om een <strong>&nbsp;romige en delicate saus<\/strong> te cre\u00ebren. Dit wordt perfect aangevuld met gnocchi van kwarkkaas, Parmezaanse kaas en wat verse salie. Als u die wel heeft, kunt u deze stap overslaan en verdergaan. Neem <strong>een Hokkaido pompoen,<\/strong> was deze en <strong>snijd<\/strong> deze in twee helften. Laat de schil op de pompoen zitten, het is nog niet nodig om deze te schillen of te trimmen.<\/p>\n<strong>Verwijder de zaden<\/strong> uit beide helften.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Bereid een bakplaat voor met bakpapier en plaats de pompoenschil naar boven op de bakplaat.&nbsp;Zet de bakplaat met de pompoen in de oven&nbsp;<strong>voorverwarmd tot ongeveer 180 \u00b0C en bak tot de pompoen zacht is.&nbsp;<\/strong>Dit duurt ongeveer <strong>30\u201345 minuten<\/strong>&nbsp;(afhankelijk van de grootte van de pompoen).&nbsp;Na het bakken, schil de pompoen en <strong>maak het vruchtvlees tot een fijne puree.<\/strong>\nAls het te waterig lijkt, kook het dan op het fornuis totdat je een dikkere consistentie hebt. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>De volgende stap is het bereiden van de gnocchi. Meng <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flours\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>bloem<\/strong><\/a> <strong>met zout, voeg kwark, eieren toe<\/strong> en maak een gladde, licht kleverige deeg.\n<strong>Op een met bloem bestoven oppervlak<\/strong>, vorm de deeg tot <strong>een dunne rol<\/strong> en snijd het in kleine stukjes <strong>(ongeveer 1 cm breed).<\/strong> Probeer ze ongeveer dezelfde grootte te maken, zodat ze gelijkmatig gaar worden. Zo weet je dat ze klaar zijn.<\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Fruit fijngehakte knoflook aan in <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>olijfolie<\/strong><\/a><strong>, voeg pompoenpuree, melk<\/strong> toe en kook alles samen. Bestrooi vervolgens met <strong>Parmezaanse kaas,<\/strong> fijngehakte <strong>salie, zout<\/strong> en <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(opens in a new tab)\"><strong>zwarte peper<\/strong><\/a> naar smaak.<\/p>\nZodra de Parmezaanse kaas is gesmolten, meng dan de gekookte gnocchi door de saus en pas de consistentie eventueel aan met melk.
