Na het bakken, haal het uit de oven en <strong>snijd het in crackers<\/strong> terwijl het nog warm is (wij snijden het in vierkanten, maar u kunt ook stroken of volledig andere vormen maken). Plaats de crackers nogmaals in de oven voor <strong>10\u201320 minuten, opnieuw op 180 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Als u dikker deeg heeft, kunt u het langer bakken.\nLaat de crackers volledig afkoelen en serveer ze eventueel op zichzelf, of met een dip of salade.
