Gelukkig is kipfilet een veelzijdig ingredi\u00ebnt dat je op verschillende manieren kunt bereiden. Vandaag hebben we besloten het te combineren met couscous, groenten en basilicumpesto, wat de hele maaltijd perfect bij elkaar brengt. Zodra ze gaar zijn, zet de kip dan even apart. Gebruik dezelfde pan, voeg fijngehakte <strong>knoflook<\/strong> toe en laat deze even bakken.\nThen, voeg de bevroren <strong>bonen, erwten<\/strong> en gehalveerde <strong>cherrytomaten<\/strong> toe aan de pan en bak ze kort aan. Voeg de aangebakken kip terug in de pan, voeg de basilicumpesto toe en meng alles goed door elkaar. Op dit moment kunt u, indien nodig, de smaak aanpassen met een beetje zout en peper. Zodra de smaken zijn vermengd, haal de pan van het vuur. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\nCombineer de <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/wholemeal-couscous-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>couscous<\/strong><\/a> met <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/wholemeal-couscous-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>gedroogde basilicum<\/strong><\/a>, een snufje zout, en giet er kokend water over (volg de instructies op de verpakking, meestal met een verhouding van 2 delen vloeistof tot 1 deel couscous).\nCover de couscous met een deksel, <strong>laat het 5 minuten rusten en roer het vervolgens los<\/strong> met een vork. Nu alles klaar is, is het tijd om te serveren. Begin met een bedje van couscous op een bord, en voeg daar bovenop de kippen- en groentemix toe.
