We bereiden een lokale specialiteit die u bijna op elke hoek daar kunt vinden. Natuurlijk hebben we een paar aanpassingen gedaan om aan onze voorkeuren te voldoen. Zo hebben we bijvoorbeeld wat prote\u00efnepoeder aan de room toegevoegd om het voedzamer te maken. Gebruik deze schijven om de gehele oppervlakte van elke muffinhol gelijkmatig te bekleden, waardoor een bakje ontstaat dat gevuld zal worden met de cr\u00e8me. Laten we nu verdergaan met het bereiden van de cr\u00e8me.\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Giet de melk in een kleine steelpan, voeg de stukje <strong>schil van een citroen en de kaneelstok toe, en breng het aan de kook.<\/strong> Haal de kokende melk van het vuur, en meng vervolgens <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/xylitol-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>xylitol<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flours\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>bloem<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;en <\/strong><a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/protein-just-whey-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>prote\u00efnepoeder<\/strong><\/a> met een garde, en <strong>verwijder de kaneelstok en het stukje citroenschil.<\/strong><\/p>\nDe cr\u00e8me moet glad zijn. Als er klontjes zijn ontstaan, zeef deze dan door een zeef of <strong>maak er een gladde massa van met een staafmixer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>In een aparte kom, klop de <strong>eidooiers<\/strong> en meng geleidelijk ongeveer <strong>100 ml van de hete cr\u00e8me<\/strong> erdoor met een lepel. Giet vervolgens het eimengsel terug in de pan met de hete cr\u00e8me. Roer alles langzaam door elkaar en breng het aan de kook.\nDe <strong>consistentie<\/strong> moet vergelijkbaar zijn met een <strong>dunne custard<\/strong>. Giet de warme room in de voorbereide pasteitjes en bak ze op <strong>240 \u00b0C gedurende ongeveer 10 minuten<\/strong>.
