Sappelig vlees met een knapperige huid, geserveerd met een heerlijke mix van groenten en kikkererwten als extraatje. Spoel de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-chickpeas-ready-to-eat-vanavita.html\">chickpeas,<\/a><\/strong> giet ze af en plaats ze in een ovenschaal, samen met de wortels en uien.<\/p>\nIn een kleine kom, meng **<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\">olijfolie<\/a> met geperste knoflook, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-sweet-ground-paprika-sonnentor.html\">zoete paprikapoeder<\/a>, gerookte paprika, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-ground-cumin-sonnentor.html\">komijnpoeder<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\">zout<\/span> naar smaak. Roer goed door.\nCombine tweederde (\u2154) van dit oliemengsel met de groenten in de ovenschaal. Vervolgens, neem de bereide <strong>kipfilet<\/strong> en <strong>kruid deze naar smaak met zout en <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\">zwarte peper<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Tot slot, bestrijk de kip met de overgebleven derde (\u2153) van het oliemengsel en plaats deze bovenop de bereide groenten.\nVoeg indien nodig wat water toe aan de bakvorm. Dek de vorm af met een deksel (indien beschikbaar) of gebruik aluminiumfolie. Plaats het in een <strong>voorverwarmde oven op 200 \u00b0C (392 \u00b0F) en bak gedurende 40 minuten.<\/strong> Gedurende deze tijd kunt u de kip controleren, deze omdraaien en indien nodig water toevoegen.
