Laat de <strong>dikke semolina pap<\/strong> iets afkoelen.<\/p>\nOndertussen, klop de <strong>eieren<\/strong> met het <a aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cane-sugar-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>rietriet<\/strong><\/a> tot een dikke, witte schuim, voeg de <a aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cocoa-powder-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>cacao<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> <strong>fijn geraspte sinaasappelschil<\/strong> (die van tevoren grondig schoongemaakt moet worden) toe en roer het schuim voorzichtig.\nGradually roer de <strong>ricotta<\/strong> en de gedeeltelijk afgekoelde semolina pap erdoorheen \u2013 de beslag moet glad zijn.
