Het nadeel van de manier waarop ze meestal worden bereid, is de grote hoeveelheid olie die gebruikt wordt om ze te frituren. Vandaag hebben we besloten dit fantastische gerecht lichter te maken en ovengebakken aardappelpannenkoeken te bereiden.
