Gebruik een vork om er gaatjes in te prikken om te voorkomen dat het opzwelt, en bak het <strong>10 minuten op 180\u00b0C<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Ondertussen, bereid de vulling. Schil de <strong>ui<\/strong>, hak deze fijn en bak hem in olie. <strong>Schil de courgette, snijd deze doormidden en snijd hem in dunne, halvemaanvormige stukjes.<\/strong> Voeg deze toe aan de gebakken uien, samen met geperste <strong>knoflook<\/strong>.
