Zeker wel een hartige vulling boordevol prote\u00efne. In ons recept hebben we, naast eieren, ook kippenvlees toegevoegd, wat zorgt voor een extra dosis prote\u00efne. Spinazie voegt niet alleen kleur toe, maar verbetert ook de algehele smaak van het gerecht. Vervolgens fruit je een fijngehakte ui aan in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\">olijfolie<\/a><\/strong>, voeg je gesneden knoflook, marjolein toe en laat je dit nog even bakken.<\/p>\nFinally, voeg de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/chicken-breasts-in-brine-gymbeam.html\">kipfilets uit de bak<\/a><\/strong> (alleen het vaste gedeelte, de vloeistof afgieten), babyspinazie en gehakte peterselie toe.
