Daarom hebben we besloten het vandaag eens te proberen, met een kleine aanpassing om meer eiwitten toe te voegen, waardoor het beter past binnen een evenwichtig dieet.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\"><div class=\"wp-block-column\"><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/h3>\n<ul><li>200 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-protein-pasta-fusilli-vanavita.html\">prote\u00efne pasta<\/a> (u kunt ook gewone tariepasta gebruiken, maar dit be\u00efnvloedt de voedingswaarde van het gerecht).<\/li>\n<li>100 g gedroogde tomaten (zonder olie)<\/li>\n<li>100 g salami (50 g pittig, 50 g klassiek)<\/li>\n<li>100 g mini mozzarella (light)<\/li>\n<li>10 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flavorings\">balsamico azijn<\/a><\/li>\n<li>10 g geraspte Parmezaanse kaas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>4 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\">olijfolie<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 rode paprika&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>1 teentje knoflook<\/li>\n<li>een handvol rucola<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\">zout<\/a> naar smaak<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-pepper-black-ground-sonnentor.html\">zwarte peper<\/a> naar smaak<\/li>\n<li>een snufje gemalen <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-chilli-ground-sonnentor.html\">chili<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\"><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-2024-04-10T120919.069.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-541232\" title=\"Antipasto salade - ingredi\u00ebnten\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-2024-04-10T120919.069.png 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-2024-04-10T120919.069-400x267.png 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bereidingswijze:<\/h3>\n<p>Begin met <strong>het koken van de <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-protein-pasta-fusilli-vanavita.html\">pasta<\/a><\/strong> volgens de instructies. Vervolgens, <strong>spoel de rucola<\/strong> en zet deze apart.
