Maar het eten van gekookte aardappelen de hele tijd kan na een tijdje een beetje saai worden. Daarom hebben we vandaag deze eenvoudige aardappelkoekjes bereid, gebakken in de oven, die in tegenstelling tot traditionele aardappelpannenkoekjes, geen onnodige hoeveelheden vet bevatten. U kunt een lepel gebruiken om u te helpen bij het vormen.\nWe hebben <strong>8 stukken<\/strong> gemaakt van het totale mengsel.
