Dit is belangrijk, omdat grotere stukken gesneden groenten langer nodig hebben om te fermenteren.<\/p>\n<strong>Meng de bereide groenten in een grote kom met het <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zout<\/a> en de kruiden, met uitzondering van de laurierblaadje<\/strong> om te voorkomen dat het breekt in de mix. Nadat het een tijdje heeft gestaan, en de groenten beginnen<b><strong> hun sap los te laten<\/strong><\/b>, <b><strong>knijp<\/strong><\/b> ze stevig een paar keer uit en overbreng ze naar een schone container.\nBij het overbrengen naar een pot, voeg geleidelijk de <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-bay-leaves-sonnentor.html\"><b><strong>laurierblaadjes<\/strong><\/b><\/a> toe aan <strong>elke laag<\/strong>. Zodra de pot vol is, giet de resterende vloeistof erin en pers de groenten zodat <strong>de vloeistof naar de oppervlakte stijgt<\/strong>. <strong>Sluit de pot met de groenten niet<\/strong> om ervoor te zorgen dat het koolstofdioxide (CO2) dat tijdens de fermentatie ontstaat, kan ontsnappen.\nEchter, het is ideaal om een container te gebruiken die al een <strong>pressuriseringssysteem<\/strong> heeft ingebouwd.\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\nGroenten zullen zelfs bij normale kamertemperatuur fermenteren, maar het is <strong>beter om ze op een koele plaats te bewaren, waar de temperatuur ongeveer 10-15\u00b0C is<\/strong>. Het hele proces <strong>duurt 7-15 dagen<\/strong>, afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid en de temperatuur.\nDe fermentatie wordt vergezeld door een typisch bruisend geluid dat geleidelijk afneemt. Correct gefermenteerde groenten <strong>verliezen hun natuurlijke hardheid<\/strong> en ontwikkelen een karakteristieke, aangenaam zurige smaak.
