De bereiding is niet moeilijk, dus je kunt deze unieke combinatie van garnalen, kokosmelk en exotische kruiden thuis proberen. <br><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\"><div class=\"wp-block-column\"><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voor de soep hebben we nodig:<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 liter water<\/li>\n<li>400 gram hele garnalen<\/li>\n<li>250 gram oesterzwammen<\/li>\n<li>100 ml <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-coconut-milk-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kokosmelk<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Een stuk gember van 5 cm<\/li>\n<li>2 grote tomaten<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels vissaus<\/li>\n<li>1\u20132 chilipepers<\/li>\n<li>1 ui<\/li>\n<li>1 limoen<\/li>\n<li>1 stengel citroengras<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cane-sugar-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rietstroop<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">olijfolie<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Een handvol verse koriander<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zout<\/a> naar smaak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Om af te maken, hebben we nodig:<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>385 g van <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-zero-noodles-385g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zero noodles<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Koriander, naar smaak<\/li>\n<li>Een plakje limoen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\"><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-1.jpg\" alt=\"Thai Tom Yum Soup - Ingredients\" class=\"wp-image-711562\" title=\"Thai Tom Yum Soup - Ingredients\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-1.jpg 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Navrh-bez-nazvu-1-400x267.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bereiding:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Maak de garnalen schoon<\/strong> door de hoofden te verwijderen, ze van de schalen te pellen en de zwarte ader aan de achterkant te verwijderen. <strong>Fruit de schalen en hoofden in<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>olie<\/strong><\/a> in een grote pan.<\/p>\nThen, giet <strong>1.200 ml water<\/strong> erin en voeg de <strong>citroengras, gember en chilipepers toe, gehakt in grotere stukken.<\/strong> Dek de pan af en <strong>laat de soep ongeveer 20 minuten koken.<\/strong>  Vervolgens, zeef de bouillon, voeg de <strong>tomaten en uien toe, in punten gesneden, grof gehakt oesterzwammen, giet er<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-coconut-milk-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>de kokosmelk<\/strong><\/a> in, en <strong>laat het geheel een paar minuten sudderen.<\/strong>\nFinally, voeg de gepelde garnalen, grof gehaktte <strong>koriander, limoensap,<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cane-sugar-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>suiker<\/strong><\/a><strong>, vissaus en<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>zout<\/strong><\/a> toe.
