Bedek ze vervolgens in een kom met plasticfolie en laat ze minimaal 1\u20132 uur <strong>marineren<\/strong> in de koelkast.\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\nOndertussen, <strong>rasp de komkommer<\/strong> grof en knijp het overtollige water eruit.\nDan <strong>meng het met yoghurt,<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>olijfolie<\/strong><\/a><strong> , fijngehakte dille en munt<\/strong>. Breng de tzatziki op smaak met <strong>zout, gemalen peper en citroensap<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Vervolgens beginnen we met het bereiden van de <strong>pita<\/strong>.\n<strong>Meng de <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-fine-wholemeal-spelt-flour-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>bloem<\/strong><\/a><strong> met <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>zout<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-baking-powder-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>bakpoeder<\/strong><\/a><strong>, olie en water<\/strong>.\nDit cre\u00ebert een soepel en elastisch deeg. Als het te plakkerig is, voeg dan iets meer bloem toe. Bedek het deeg met een doek en laat het <strong>20 minuten rusten<\/strong>. Verdeel het vervolgens in 5\u20136 delen en rol elk uit tot een dunne plattebrood op een met bloem bestoven oppervlak. <strong>Bak de plattebroden op een droge, hete pan.<\/strong> Na het bakken, bestrijk ze licht met olie en bedek ze met een doek.
