Kneed de <strong>kleverige deeg<\/strong> met de hand en laat het minstens een uur in de koelkast rusten. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Rol de deeg dun uit op een met bloem bestoven werkoppervlak en snijd er een <strong>even aantal peperkoekkoekjes<\/strong> uit. Verdeel <g id=\"gid_1\">prunellenjam<\/g> over de helft van de peperkoekkoekjes en bedek deze met een ander peperkoekkoekje zonder prunellenjam.
