Kneed het vervolgens met de hand tot er een gladde en niet-plakkerige massa ontstaat. Dek het deeg af met een doek en laat het <strong>30 minuten rusten<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Hak ondertussen de <strong>Chinese<\/strong> <strong>kool, bosui, knoflook en gember<\/strong> fijn. Voeg de <strong>sojasaus en uitgelekte<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/chicken-breasts-in-brine-gymbeam.html\">kipfilet<\/a><\/strong> toe en meng alles grondig met de hand. Bereid de saus door <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/zero-calorie-sweet-chilli-sauce-gymbeam.html\"><strong>zoete chilisaus<\/strong><\/a><strong>, sojasaus en rijstazijn<\/strong> te combineren.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Begin vervolgens met het bereiden van de dumplings. <strong>Rol het geruste deeg uit op een plank<\/strong> met een beetje <strong>zetmeel<\/strong> tot het zeer dun is (het mag bijna doorschijnend zijn). Gebruik een glas om cirkels uit het deeg te steken, plaats <strong>1 tl kipvulling<\/strong> in het midden van elke cirkel, bestrijk de randen met een beetje <strong>koud water<\/strong>, druk ze op elkaar en vorm een dumpling.
