Deze gebakken pannenkoek vult uw hele huis met de geur van kardemom en ahornsiroop. Schil de <strong>appels<\/strong>, verwijder de klokhuizen en snijd ze in dunne plakjes. Verhit de <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-rbd-coconut-oil-gymbeam.html\"><strong>kokosolie<\/strong><\/a> in een grote pan en bak de appels. Voeg na een tijdje <strong>1 tl <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-ceylon-cinnamon-powder-gymbeam.html\"><strong>kaneel<\/strong><\/a><strong>, kardemom en 30 ml <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-maple-syrup-gymbeam.html\"><strong>ahornsiroop<\/strong><\/a> toe en meng alles goed. Mix tot een glad beslag met een staafmixer. Bekleed een bakplaat van <strong>27\u00d734 cm <\/strong>met bakpapier en leg de appels erop. Giet het beslag eroverheen en bestrooi vervolgens met de walnoten. Bak de pannenkoek op <strong>180 \u00b0C gedurende ongeveer 30 minuten<\/strong>. Laat hem ten minste gedeeltelijk afkoelen voordat u hem aansnijdt, en serveer <strong>gezoet met poedersuiker<\/strong> (of ahornsiroop).
