Slowly <strong>pour in the boiling water <\/strong>and stir the dough with a wooden spoon. Then knead it by hand until smooth and non-sticky mass is created. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it <strong>rest for 30 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, finely chop the <strong>Chinese<\/strong> <strong>cabbage, spring onion, garlic, and ginger<\/strong>. Add the <strong>soy sauce and drained<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/chicken-breasts-in-brine-gymbeam.html\">chicken breasts<\/a><\/strong>, and mix everything thoroughly by hand. Prepare the sauce by combining <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/zero-calorie-sweet-chilli-sauce-gymbeam.html\"><strong>sweet chili sauce<\/strong><\/a><strong>, soy sauce, and rice vinegar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, start preparing the dumplings. <strong>Roll out the rested dough on a board<\/strong> with a little <strong>starch<\/strong> until very thin (it can be almost translucent). Use a glass to cut out circles from the dough, place <strong>1 tsp of chicken filling<\/strong> in the center of each circle, brush the edges with a little <strong>cold water<\/strong>, press them together, and form a dumpling.
