Dnes se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na to, co m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobovat rann\u00ed zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vody v oblasti obli\u010deje a jak se ho d\u00e1 zbavit.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_vlastne_Cortisol_Face\"><\/span>Co je vlastn\u011b Cortisol Face? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Cortisol Face<\/strong> je laick\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed pro <strong>kulat\u00fd, otekl\u00fd obli\u010dej, <\/strong>kter\u00fd m\u00e1 b\u00fdt zp\u016fsoben <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161enou hladinou kortizolu (stresov\u00e9ho hormonu). Nejde v\u0161ak o ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159skou diagn\u00f3zu. <\/strong>  Tento pojem vznikl na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch, zejm\u00e9na na TikToku, kde se stal vir\u00e1ln\u00edm trendem.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Influence\u0159i tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>chronick\u00fd stres <\/strong>vede k trvale zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu kortizolu a pr\u00e1v\u011b ten zp\u016fsobuje typick\u00fd \u201epuffy\u201c obli\u010dej, v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zejm\u00e9na r\u00e1no. Ot\u00e1zka v\u0161ak zn\u00ed, <strong>je to re\u00e1ln\u00fd nebo vymy\u0161len\u00fd probl\u00e9m?<\/strong> Pravda je toti\u017e o n\u011bco komplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>My\u0161lenka m\u00e1 z\u00e1klad ve dvou re\u00e1ln\u00fdch jevech. Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd kortizol m\u016f\u017ee opravdu v\u00e9st k <strong>hromad\u011bn\u00ed vody v t\u011ble. <\/strong>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 existuje klinick\u00fd stav naz\u00fdvan\u00fd <strong><em>moon face<\/em><\/strong>, kter\u00fd se objevuje u <strong>Cushingova syndromu<\/strong> \u2013 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed spojen\u00e9ho s nadbytkem kortizolu. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Kde tedy kon\u010d\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00e9 fyziologick\u00e9 procesy a kde za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 internetov\u00fd mi\u0161ma\u0161? P\u0159itom se mohou objevovat i dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad tzv. <strong>b\u00fd\u010d\u00ed \u0161\u00edje<\/strong> (tukov\u00fd hrb v oblasti krku), <strong>\u010derven\u00e9 tv\u00e1\u0159e, tenk\u00e1 k\u016f\u017ee<\/strong> nebo <strong>fialov\u00e9 strie. <\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[11]<\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
