Ali kada Vas susjedi po\u010dnu pozivati na \u201eme\u010d\u201d, gledate <strong>globalni fenomen<\/strong>. Padel je odavno prestao biti samo \u201etenis za lijene ljude\u201d ili trenutna moda. To je najbr\u017ee rastu\u0107a <strong>sportska pomama u Europi<\/strong>, koja ru\u0161i barijere.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u0161to? Zato \u0161to je to najzabavniji oblik kardio treninga koji \u0107ete ikada iskusiti. Zaboravite mjesece vje\u017ebanja. Dobrodo\u0161li u svijet u kojem se <strong>dinamika squasha susre\u0107e s elegancijom tenisa<\/strong> i gdje od potpunog po\u010detnika mo\u017eete postati igra\u010d u samo jednom satu.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Moderni padel ro\u0111en je <strong>1969. u Acapulcu, Meksiko<\/strong>. Ljubitelj tenisa <strong>Enrique Corcuera<\/strong> \u017eelio je izgraditi teren u svojoj ku\u0107i, ali nije imao dovoljno prostora u vrtu. Mudro je to rije\u0161io. Bace loptu, puste je da odsko\u010di na tlu (tako\u0111er iza linije) i udare je (maks. u visini struka). Lopta mora sletjeti u protivni\u010dko suprotno polje.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Va\u017eno:<\/strong><\/em> Nakon \u0161to odsko\u010di na protivni\u010dkoj polovici, lopta <strong>ne smije dodirnuti mre\u017eu<\/strong> prilikom serviranja (to je pogre\u0161ka), ve\u0107 samo staklo. U normalnoj igri mre\u017ea je dopu\u0161tena, ali ne i prilikom serviranja.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Zlatno pravilo (tlo protiv zida)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lopta koja leti preko mre\u017ee prvo mora sletjeti na <strong>protivni\u010dku stranu terena<\/strong>. Tek tada mo\u017ee udariti u mre\u017eu ili staklo (to je u redu i igra se nastavlja).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Oprez:<\/strong><\/em> Ako iz zraka udarite protivni\u010dku mre\u017eu ili staklo izravno bez odskakanja na tlu, to je <strong>van<\/strong> (bod za protivnika).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Kori\u0161tenje zidova<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako <strong>lopta leti prema Vama<\/strong> (slije\u0107e na Va\u0161u stranu terena i leti prema stra\u017enjem staklu), ne pani\u010darite. Pustite je da odsko\u010di. Staklo \u0107e usporiti loptu i vratiti je na teren, a zatim je prebacite preko mre\u017ee. S druge strane, ako <g id=\"gid_1\">Vi igrate loptu<\/g>, u hitnim slu\u010dajevima mo\u017eete je poslati na protivni\u010dku stranu udaraju\u0107i <g id=\"gid_2\">vlastito stra\u017enje staklo<\/g>.
