Brate die <strong>fein gehackte Zwiebel in <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-olivenol-extra-nativ-vanavita.html\">\u00d6l<\/a><\/strong> glasig an, gib dann das abgesp\u00fclte Sauerkraut dazu und lass es k\u00f6cheln, bis es weich ist. Gib bei Bedarf <strong>Wasser <\/strong>hinzu und <strong>schmecke das Sauerkraut zum Schluss mit Zucker ab<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite in der Zwischenzeit die Zutaten f\u00fcr das Topping vor. <strong>Brate die klein geschnittene Zwiebel bei niedriger Hitze<\/strong> in \u00d6l an. R\u00fchre beim Kochen gelegentlich um und nimm sie von der Kochstelle, sobald sie goldbraun ist und du sie <strong>mit Salz gew\u00fcrzt<\/strong> hast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite als N\u00e4chstes die <strong>F\u00fcllung f\u00fcr die Kartoffelkn\u00f6del<\/strong> vor. Brate die fein gehackte Zwiebel in \u00d6l glasig an. Gib dann den fein gehackten oder gepressten <strong>Knoblauch, ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver, edels\u00fc\u00dfes Paprikapulver, Chili und Tomatenmark<\/strong> hinzu. Brate alles kurz zusammen an und gib dann den <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/tofu-gymbeam.html\">Tofu <\/a><\/strong>dazu, den du vorher mit den Fingern in kleine St\u00fccke gekr\u00fcmelt hast. Lass alles zusammen garen und <strong>schmecke es am Ende nach Bedarf mit Salz ab<\/strong>. Falls die Mischung zu trocken wirkt, gib ein wenig <strong>Wasser <\/strong>hinzu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Koche die ganzen Kartoffeln mit Schale in Salzwasser<\/strong>, bis sie weich sind. Gie\u00dfe sie dann ab, sch\u00e4le die Kartoffeln, reibe sie fein und <strong>vermische sie mit <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/mehl\">Mehl <\/a>und Ei<\/strong>. Forme daraus einen Teig, der fast nicht mehr kleben sollte, rolle ihn auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che d\u00fcnn aus und schneide ihn in <strong>16 Quadrate<\/strong>.
