Fry the <strong>finely chopped onion<\/strong> in <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\">oil<\/a> until translucent, then add the rinsed sauerkraut and simmer until tender. Add <strong>water <\/strong>if needed and finish by <strong>seasoning<\/strong> the sauerkraut <strong>with sugar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for the <strong>finishing touch<\/strong>. Fry the <strong>onion<\/strong>, <strong>cut into small pieces<\/strong>, in <strong>oil<\/strong> over low heat. Stir occasionally during cooking, and when it turns golden brown, <strong>season<\/strong> with <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\"><strong>salt<\/strong><\/a> and remove from the heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, prepare the <strong>filling for the potato dumplings<\/strong>. Fry the finely chopped <strong>onion<\/strong> in oil until translucent. Then, add the finely chopped (or crushed) <strong>garlic, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, chilli and tomato paste<\/strong>. Briefly fry everything together, then add the <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/tofu-gymbeam.html\"><strong>tofu<\/strong><\/a>, crumbled into small pieces with fingers. Cook everything together and finally <strong>season with salt<\/strong> as needed. If the mixture seems too dry, add a little <strong>water<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Boil whole potatoes with their skins on in salted water<\/strong> until tender. Then drain and peel the potatoes, grate finely and <strong>mix with<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flours\"><strong>flour<\/strong><\/a> <strong>and egg<\/strong>. Form a dough, which should be almost non-sticky, roll it out thinly on a floured board and <strong>cut into 16 squares<\/strong>.
