R\u00fchre dann das <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/just-whey-protein-gymbeam.html\">Protein<\/a><\/strong> direkt in den hei\u00dfen Pudding ein, decke alles mit Frischhaltefolie ab und lass die Creme vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Danach geht es an den Teig. Gib anschlie\u00dfend das <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/cashew-butter-gymbeam.html\">Cashewmus<\/a>, den <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-sizilianischer-zitronensaft-gymbeam.html\">Zitronensaft<\/a><\/strong>, <strong>die Milch und nach Belieben das Rum-Aroma<\/strong> hinzu und mixe alles noch einmal.
