V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se zd\u00e1, \u017ee sotva. Ar\u00e9ny po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b se pln\u00ed tis\u00edci fitness nad\u0161enc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed s c\u00edlem posouvat sv\u00e9 limity a porovn\u00e1vat se s ostatn\u00edmi sportovci.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u010c\u00edm je ale tento sport tak p\u0159ita\u017eliv\u00fd? Je to ten skv\u011bl\u00fd pocit neporazitelnosti, kter\u00fd se dostav\u00ed po dokon\u010den\u00ed posledn\u00edho kola, nebo zn\u00e1m\u00fd slogan \u201e<em>Z\u00e1vod ve fitness pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho<\/em>\u201c? HYROX se py\u0161n\u00ed pov\u011bst\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>ho m\u016f\u017ee d\u011blat opravdu ka\u017ed\u00fd<\/strong> a z\u00e1rove\u0148 <strong>v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161it svou kondici<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Pokud t\u011b zaj\u00edm\u00e1, pro\u010d je kolem tohoto rychle rostouc\u00edho fenom\u00e9nu takov\u00fd rozruch, a p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed\u0161, jestli by to mohlo b\u00fdt n\u011bco pro tebe, jsi na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b. Pod\u00edv\u00e1me se na to, co to obn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed, jak na n\u011bj tr\u00e9novat a pro\u010d by mohl b\u00fdt skv\u011bl\u00fd n\u00e1pad ho vyzkou\u0161et.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_HYROX\"><\/span>Co je HYROX? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>P\u0159edstav si sport, kter\u00fd vy\u017eaduje <strong>vytrvalost b\u011b\u017ece<\/strong> a <strong>s\u00edlu CrossFittera<\/strong>. P\u0159esn\u011b to je <strong>HYROX<\/strong>. Pokud se nem\u016f\u017ee\u0161 rozhodnout, jestli t\u011b v\u00edc bav\u00ed <strong>b\u011bh, silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink<\/strong> nebo <strong>intenzivn\u00ed HIIT<\/strong>, HYROX ti d\u00e1 od v\u0161eho trochu. Je zalo\u017een na <strong>cyklech b\u011bhu a vybran\u00fdch cvik\u016f<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 se opakuj\u00ed <strong>8kr\u00e1t<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ka\u017ed\u00fd cyklus se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z <strong>b\u011bhu na 1 km<\/strong> a <strong>jednoho stanovi\u0161t\u011b s funk\u010dn\u00edm cvi\u010den\u00edm<\/strong> (<em>Workout Station<\/em>). HYROX vznikl v <g id=\"gid_0\">n\u011bmeck\u00e9m Hamburku<\/g> v roce <g id=\"gid_1\">2017<\/g> a b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika let se stal <g id=\"gid_2\">nejrychleji rostouc\u00edm fitness sportem na sv\u011bt\u011b<\/g>. Dnes je to fenom\u00e9n, kter\u00fd pln\u00ed ar\u00e9ny po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b a vrchol\u00ed <strong>mistrovstv\u00edm sv\u011bta<\/strong>, kde se setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed ti nejlep\u0161\u00ed sportovci. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1]<\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zavody_HYROX\"><\/span>Z\u00e1vody HYROX<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Tento sport je v podstat\u011b postaven na samotn\u00e9m z\u00e1vod\u011b. C\u00edlem v\u011bt\u0161iny sportovc\u016f HYROX je za\u017e\u00edt atmosf\u00e9ru HYROX ar\u00e9ny a <strong>porovnat sv\u00e9 schopnosti a v\u00fdsledky s ostatn\u00edmi<\/strong>.
