Danas su postali fenomen koji je preuzeo dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee. <strong>Ozempic<\/strong> i Wegovy, injekcije za mr\u0161avljenje koje obe\u0107avaju brzo mr\u0161avljenje, postali su simboli nove ere gubitka kilograma. Na TikToku se pove\u0107ava broj videozapisa dramati\u010dnih transformacija, ljudi dijele svoja iskustva i \u010dini se da kona\u010dno postoji &#8220;pilula&#8221; za mr\u0161avljenje koja stvarno djeluje. Ali je li to zaista tako jednostavno?   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Istina je da, iako ovi lijekovi mogu zna\u010dajno pomo\u0107i, nisu \u010darobno rje\u0161enje. Ako se koriste <strong>bez stru\u010dnog nadzora<\/strong> i <strong>bez promjena u na\u010dinu \u017eivota<\/strong>, mogu donijeti vi\u0161e problema nego koristi. Danas \u0107emo pogledati za koga su prikladni, kako zdravo smr\u0161avjeti uz njihovu pomo\u0107 i koji su rizici povezani s njihovom upotrebom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_su_lijekovi_za_mrsavljenje_i_koje_poznajemo\"><\/span>\u0160to su lijekovi za mr\u0161avljenje i koje poznajemo?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao \u0161to ime sugerira, to su lijekovi usmjereni na pomo\u0107 u smanjenju te\u017eine. Budu\u0107i da govorimo o lijekovima, to nisu prazna obe\u0107anja, jer je njihov u\u010dinak <strong>jasno dokazan klini\u010dkim studijama<\/strong>. Oni zaista djeluju, \u0161to potvr\u0111uju klinike za pretilost gdje ih lije\u010dnici rutinski propisuju svojim pacijentima. Zato se profesionalno nazivaju <strong>anti-pretilosni lijekovi<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao i drugi lijekovi, lijekovi za mr\u0161avljenje nisu \u010darobne pilule koje \u0107e vam stvoriti figuru iz snova i beskrajno zadovoljstvo. Moraju se koristiti razumno, prema pravilima i s oprezom prema raznim rizicima. Osim toga, nisu dostupni bez recepta i moraju ih propisati lije\u010dnik. Sada \u0107emo pogledati koje vrste lijekova za mr\u0161avljenje zapravo postoje.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Postoji nekoliko vrsta lijekova za mr\u0161avljenje s razli\u010ditim mehanizmima djelovanja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ste mislili da svi lijekovi za mr\u0161avljenje djeluju na isti princip, mo\u017eda \u0107emo vas iznenaditi. U stvarnosti postoji nekoliko skupina, a svaka od njih fokusira se na razli\u010dita podru\u010dja u va\u0161em tijelu.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Xenical<\/strong> (aktivni sastojak orlistat) smanjuje apsorpciju masti iz hrane. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mysimba<\/strong> (aktivni sastojak naltrekson-bupropion) smanjuje apetit djelovanjem na mo\u017edane centre koji kontroliraju glad. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[15]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saxenda<\/strong> (aktivni sastojak liraglutid) smanjuje glad i poti\u010de osje\u0107aj sitosti. To \u010dini opona\u0161aju\u0107i u\u010dinak inkretina <strong>glukagonu sli\u010dnog peptida-1 (GLP-1)<\/strong>, koji je hormon prirodno izlu\u010den u probavnom sustavu. Aktivni sastojak liraglutid pripada takozvanim <strong>inkretinskim mimeticima<\/strong> ili <strong>GLP-1 agonistima<\/strong>. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[19]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>      <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ozempic<\/strong> i <strong>Wegovy<\/strong> (aktivni sastojak semaglutid) tako\u0111er pripadaju GLP-1 agonistima, koji zna\u010dajno suzbijaju apetit. Ozempic je prvenstveno namijenjen za lije\u010denje dijabetesa tipa 2.  <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[16]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mounjaro<\/strong> (aktivni sastojak tirzepatid) opona\u0161a u\u010dinak dvaju hormona &#8211; GLP-1 i GIP. Stoga mo\u017ee imati jo\u0161 ja\u010di u\u010dinak. Njihova upotreba ima jasno utvr\u0111ena pravila i namijenjeni su prvenstveno osobama za koje su pretilost ili prekomjerna te\u017eina <strong>zna\u010dajan zdravstveni rizik<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>osobe s pretilo\u0161\u0107u (BMI &gt; 30 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>osobe s prekomjernom te\u017einom (BMI &gt; 27 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>) koje tako\u0111er imaju zdravstvene probleme povezane s te\u017einom (npr. dijabetes tipa 2, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/sto-uzrokuje-visoki-krvni-tlak-i-kako-ga-sniziti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">visok krvni tlak<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/sto-uzrokuje-visoki-kolesterol-i-kako-ga-mozete-sniziti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">visok kolesterol<\/a>) <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[11]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pretilost je doista <strong>dijagnoza<\/strong> pra\u0107ena raznim <strong>metaboli\u010dkim problemima<\/strong>. Kao \u0161to <strong>ne biste uzimali lijekove za krvni tlak kada je va\u0161 krvni tlak normalan<\/strong>, nije prikladno zapo\u010deti s Wegovyjem ili Ozempicom za mr\u0161avljenje kada imate nekoliko kilograma vi\u0161ka, a prekomjerna te\u017eina je prvenstveno estetski problem za vas. Kao i svaki drugi lijek, i ovi imaju nuspojave, a najgore \u0161to mo\u017eete u\u010diniti je kupiti Ozempic ispod pulta i dozirati ga prema samozvanim lije\u010dnicima na internetu. To je gotovo zajam\u010deni recept za katastrofu.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zasto_mrsavljenje_uz_lijekove_zahtijeva_posebnu_paznju\"><\/span>Za\u0161to mr\u0161avljenje uz lijekove zahtijeva posebnu pa\u017enju? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nema sumnje da Ozempic ili Mysimba djeluju. Me\u0111utim, mnogima nije jasno <strong>kako zapravo djeluju<\/strong>. Nedavno je do\u0161lo do poplave pri\u010da o \u010darobnom mr\u0161avljenju, na primjer, uz Ozempic. Zbog toga zami\u0161ljamo ove lijekove kao <strong>\u010dudesne pilule<\/strong> koje \u0107e nam omogu\u0107iti da se gostimo slatki\u0161ima od jutra do ve\u010deri dok mr\u0161avimo bez napora i briga. Me\u0111utim, \u010desto se zaboravlja da upotreba ovih lijekova ima vi\u0161e od jedne zamke koju treba uzeti u obzir.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lijekove mora pratiti <strong>promjena na\u010dina \u017eivota, uravnote\u017eena prehrana<\/strong> i <strong>kalorijski deficit<\/strong>. Samo tada \u0107e mr\u0161avljenje biti <strong>u\u010dinkovito, zdravo<\/strong> i <strong>odr\u017eivo na duge staze<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bez prilagodbe na\u010dina \u017eivota, mr\u0161avljenje uz Ozempic i druge lijekove je <strong>rizi\u010dno za zdravlje<\/strong> (postoji rizik od nutritivnih nedostataka, gubitka mi\u0161i\u0107a i drugih problema).<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi mr\u0161avljenje stvarno djelovalo i bilo <strong>odr\u017eivo<\/strong>, va\u017eno je <strong>postaviti razuman re\u017eim redukcije<\/strong> temeljen na kalorijskom deficitu, uravnote\u017eenoj prehrani i vje\u017ebanju. Zatra\u017eite savjet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lijekovi za mr\u0161avljenje <strong>ne pripadaju samoupravljanju<\/strong>, pa je prvi i najva\u017eniji korak <strong>konzultacija s lije\u010dnikom<\/strong>. Samo stru\u010dnjak (specijalist za pretilost, dijabetolog) mo\u017ee procijeniti je li farmakolo\u0161ko lije\u010denje pravi put i istovremeno odabrati najprikladniju vrstu lijeka. Lije\u010dnik \u0107e uzeti u obzir va\u0161e <strong>op\u0107e zdravstveno stanje<\/strong>, provjeriti mogu\u0107e <strong>kontraindikacije<\/strong>, procijeniti jeste li spremni za lije\u010denje i odabrati dozu Ozempica i drugih lijekova.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Paradoksalno, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/pretilost-prekomjerna-tezina-i-optimalna-tjelesna-tezina-gdje-je-granica-i-zasto-pretilost-nije-zdrava\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pretilost<\/a><\/strong> je \u010desto povezana s <strong>nedostatkom va\u017enih hranjivih tvari<\/strong>. Ali zapamtite da su potrebe individualne. Kada se pojavi nedostatak, mo\u017ee se odmah rije\u0161iti prilagodbom prehrane ili <strong>dodacima prehrani.<\/strong>     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Gubitak apetita <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ozempic, Saxenda ili Mounjaro, kao \u0161to smo spomenuli, djeluju <strong>smanjenjem gladi<\/strong> i <strong>apetita<\/strong> putem signala u mozgu. Me\u0111utim, \u010desto se doga\u0111a da idu punom snagom i <strong>previ\u0161e smanjuju apetit.<\/strong> Mo\u017eda mislite da je to jo\u0161 bolje? Da \u0107ete lak\u0161e i br\u017ee smr\u0161avjeti?
