Melisa vsebuje snovi, ki po mnenju znanstvenikov aktivno posegajo v dogajanje v na\u0161ih mo\u017eganih. Kamilica (<em>Matricaria Recutita<\/em>)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161 zeli\u0161\u010dni trio dopolnjuje kamilica, znana tudi kot <strong>kamenika ali prava kamilica in maternik.<\/strong> Rastlina, ki jo vsi dobro poznamo iz \u010dajnih vre\u010dk. Vendar se njena vloga ne kon\u010da pri ogrevanju in prijetnem okusu. A\u0161vaganda <em>(Withania Somnifera)<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161 zeli\u0161\u010dni del zaklju\u010duje kraljica ajurvedske medicine, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/asvaganda\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a\u0161vaganda<\/a>, znana tudi kot Withania somnifera, indijski ginseng ali zimska \u010de\u0161nja. Spada med tako imenovane <g id=\"gid_1\">adaptogene<\/g>, torej &#8220;pametne rastline&#8221;, ki <g id=\"gid_2\">telesu pomagajo bolje obvladovati stres<\/g> in se mu prilagoditi. Poleg tega je zaradi svojega vpliva odli\u010dno pomagalo za popotnike, saj pomaga tudi pri laj\u0161anju subjektivnega ob\u010dutka utrujenosti zaradi \u010dasovnega zamika. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[9] [10]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako uporabljati melatonin?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Odmerjanje melatonina je zelo spremenljivo. Medtem ko so znanstvene \u0161tudije pogosto preizku\u0161ale odmerke v \u0161irokem razponu, obi\u010dajno do 10 mg, <strong>so v EU prehranska dopolnila obi\u010dajno na voljo v odmerkih od 0,3 mg do 1 mg.<\/strong> Ta koli\u010dina se obi\u010dajno jemlje eno do dve uri pred spanjem.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zanimivo je, da vi\u0161ji odmerki ne pomenijo samodejno bolj\u0161ih u\u010dinkov za vsakogar.
