Dann sch\u00e4len und reiben. F\u00fcr eine sch\u00f6nere Struktur kannst du sie leicht mit einer Gabel eindr\u00fccken. Die Gnocchi in sprudelndem Wasser kochen, bis sie nach oben steigen.
