Dnes je z nich fenom\u00e9n, kter\u00fd ovl\u00e1dl soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b.<strong> Ozempic <\/strong>\u010di <strong>Wegovy, <\/strong>injekce na hubnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 slibuj\u00ed rychlou ztr\u00e1tu hmotnosti, se staly symbolem nov\u00e9 \u00e9ry shazov\u00e1n\u00ed kilogram\u016f. Na TikToku p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00ed videa s dramatick\u00fdmi prom\u011bnami, lid\u00e9 sd\u00edlej\u00ed sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti a zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee kone\u010dn\u011b existuje pilulka na hubnut\u00ed, kter\u00e1 opravdu funguje. Ale je to ve skute\u010dnosti tak jednoduch\u00e9?    <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Pravdou je, \u017ee i kdy\u017e tyto l\u00e9ky mohou v\u00fdrazn\u011b pomoci, nejsou z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm. Pokud se toti\u017e pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed<strong> bez odborn\u00e9ho dohledu<\/strong> a <strong>bez \u00fapravy \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu,<\/strong> mohou p\u0159in\u00e9st v\u00edce probl\u00e9m\u016f ne\u017e u\u017eitku. Dnes se spolu pod\u00edv\u00e1me na to, pro koho jsou vhodn\u00e9, jak s jejich pomoc\u00ed hubnout zdrav\u011b a co hroz\u00ed p\u0159i jejich u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_jsou_leky_na_hubnuti_a_jake_zname\"><\/span>Co jsou l\u00e9ky na hubnut\u00ed a jak\u00e9 zn\u00e1me?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Jak u\u017e samotn\u00fd n\u00e1zev \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, jde o l\u00e9ky, jejich\u017e c\u00edlem je pomoci v\u00e1m s redukc\u00ed hmotnosti. Proto se jim i odborn\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>antiobezitika<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako jin\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, i ty na podporu hubnut\u00ed nejsou z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00fdmi pilulkami, kter\u00e9 vykouzl\u00ed vysn\u011bnou postavu a nekone\u010dnou spokojenost. Mus\u00ed se u\u017e\u00edvat s rozumem, podle pravidel a se zdvi\u017een\u00fdm prstem p\u0159ed r\u016fzn\u00fdmi riziky. Nav\u00edc nejsou voln\u011b prodejn\u00e9 a je nutn\u00e9, aby je p\u0159edepsal l\u00e9ka\u0159. Te\u010f se poj\u010fme pod\u00edvat na to, jak\u00e9 druhy l\u00e9k\u016f na hubnut\u00ed vlastn\u011b existuj\u00ed.    <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Existuje n\u011bkolik druh\u016f l\u00e9k\u016f na hubnut\u00ed s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi mechanismy \u00fa\u010dinku<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pokud jste si mysleli, \u017ee v\u0161echny l\u00e9ky na hubnut\u00ed pracuj\u00ed na stejn\u00e9m principu, mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1s p\u0159ekvap\u00edme. Ve skute\u010dnosti je v\u00edce skupin, a ka\u017ed\u00e1 z nich se zam\u011b\u0159uje na jin\u00e1 m\u00edsta ve va\u0161em t\u011ble. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Xenical <\/strong>(\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka orlistat) sni\u017euje vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed tuku z potravy. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mysimba <\/strong>(\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka naltrexon-bupropion) sni\u017euje apetit p\u016fsoben\u00edm na centra v mozku, kter\u00e1 kontroluj\u00ed chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[15]<\/mark><\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saxenda <\/strong>(\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka liraglutid) sni\u017euje pocit hladu a podporuje sytost. D\u011bl\u00e1 to tak, \u017ee napodobuje \u00fa\u010dinek inkretinu <strong>glukagon-like peptidu-1 (GLP-1)<\/strong>, co\u017e je hormon p\u0159irozen\u011b vylu\u010dovan\u00fd v tr\u00e1vic\u00edm syst\u00e9mu. \u00da\u010dinn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka liraglutid pat\u0159\u00ed mezi tzv. <strong>inkretinov\u00e1 mimetika <\/strong>\u010di <strong>agonisty GLP-1. <\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[19]<\/mark><\/sup>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ozempic <\/strong>a <strong>Wegovy <\/strong>(\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka semaglutid) tak\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed mezi agonisty GLP-1, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b potla\u010duj\u00ed chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu. Ozempic je p\u0159itom v prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b ur\u010den k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b cukrovky 2. typu.   <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[16]<\/mark><\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mounjaro <\/strong>(\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka tirzepatid) imituje \u00fa\u010dinek dvou hormon\u016f &#8211; GLP-1 a GIP. Proto m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt je\u0161t\u011b siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek.
