Me\u0111utim, malo ljudi shva\u0107a <g id=\"gid_0\">koliko duboko to mo\u017ee utjecati na na\u0161 mozak<\/g>. Nova znanstvena otkri\u0107a objavljena u presti\u017enom \u010dasopisu <em>eBioMedicine<\/em> pokazuju da <strong>lo\u0161a kvaliteta sna doslovno mo\u017ee ubrzati starenje mozga.<\/strong> Kako je to mogu\u0107e?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kako_su_znanstvenici_mjerili_dob_mozga_povezanu_sa_snom\"><\/span>Kako su znanstvenici mjerili dob mozga povezanu sa snom<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di su pregledali vi\u0161e od <strong>27.000 odraslih osoba<\/strong> iz baze podataka UK Biobank, s prosje\u010dnom dobi sudionika od pribli\u017eno <strong>55 godina<\/strong>. Sudionici su podijeljeni u tri skupine: <strong>zdrav san (\u22654 boda), umjeren (2\u20133 boda) i lo\u0161 (\u22641 bod)<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_je_istrazivanje_otkrilo_i_zasto_je_to_vazno\"><\/span>\u0160to je istra\u017eivanje otkrilo i za\u0161to je to va\u017eno?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljudi s lo\u0161om kvalitetom sna (1 bod ili manje), u usporedbi sa skupinom sa zdravim snom (4 boda ili vi\u0161e), imali su prosje\u010dno <strong>1 godinu biolo\u0161ki stariji mozak<\/strong> od svoje stvarne dobi. Dakle, za\u0161to je to va\u017eno? Znanstvenici dalje obja\u0161njavaju da je kvaliteta sna va\u017ena za mozak jer:   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>lo\u0161 san mo\u017ee ubrzati starenje mozga<\/strong>, \u0161to pove\u0107ava rizik od kasnijeg kognitivnog pada i demencije<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>kroni\u010dna upala (upala niskog stupnja)<\/strong> u tijelu identificirana je kao jedan od mogu\u0107ih mehanizama koji pokre\u0107u proces starenja mozga. Prema znanstvenicima, upala niskog stupnja mogla bi \u010diniti oko 10% razlika u biolo\u0161koj dobi mozga. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovi nalazi su u skladu s prethodnim istra\u017eivanjima koja ukazuju na to da je san klju\u010dan za \u0161irok raspon biolo\u0161kih funkcija, uklju\u010duju\u0107i <strong>regulaciju metabolizma, modulaciju imunolo\u0161ke funkcije, uklanjanje toksina iz mozga i konsolidaciju pam\u0107enja.<\/strong> <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[3\u20135]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/iStock-1326080733-1124x749.jpg\" alt=\"Imate li dug sna? Me\u0111utim, poruka znanstvenika nije namijenjena zastra\u0161ivanju ljudi koji danas nisu najbolje spavali. Naravno, tako\u0111er je potrebno uzeti u obzir va\u0161u prehranu i usredoto\u010diti se na zdrave masti, kao \u0161to su <g id=\"gid_4\"><g id=\"gid_5\">omega-3<\/g>.<\/g> Tako\u0111er je va\u017eno <g id=\"gid_7\">upravljati stresom<\/g>, <g id=\"gid_8\">redovito vje\u017ebati<\/g> i u\u010diti nove stvari koje anga\u017eiraju i treniraju mozak.
