Anschlie\u00dfend <strong>mit Joghurt<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-olivenol-extra-nativ-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Oliven\u00f6l<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>fein gehacktem Dill und Minze verr\u00fchren<\/strong>. Das Tzatziki mit <strong>Salz, gemahlenem Pfeffer und Zitronensaft w\u00fcrzen<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Als N\u00e4chstes bereiten wir das <strong>Pita<\/strong>-Brot zu. <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-feines-dinkelvollkornmehl-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Mehl <\/strong><\/a><strong>mit <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/pinkes-himalaya-salz-mild-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Salz<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/bio-baking-powder-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Backpulver<\/strong><\/a><strong>, \u00d6l und Wasser vermengen<\/strong>. So entsteht ein glatter, elastischer Teig. Sollte er zu klebrig sein, etwas mehr Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen. Den Teig mit einem Tuch abdecken und <strong>20 Minuten ruhen lassen<\/strong>. Anschlie\u00dfend in 5\u20136 Teile teilen und jedes St\u00fcck auf einer bemehlten Fl\u00e4che zu einem d\u00fcnnen Fladenbrot ausrollen. <strong>Die Fladenbrote in einer trockenen, hei\u00dfen Pfanne ausbacken.<\/strong> Nach dem Backen leicht mit \u00d6l bestreichen und mit einem Tuch abdecken.
