Gib sie in kochendes <strong>Salzwasser <\/strong>und koch sie nach Anleitung, sodass sie al dente (bissfest) sind. Wenn sie fertig sind, vergiss nicht, etwas von dem Kochwasser in eine Tasse abzugie\u00dfen \u2013 das kannst du sp\u00e4ter zum Verd\u00fcnnen der So\u00dfe verwenden.<br\/>Dann geht&#8217;s los mit dem Fleisch. Schneid das Fleisch in kleinere W\u00fcrfel und w\u00fcrz es mit Salz und Pfeffer. Erhitz das \u00d6l in einer tiefen Pfanne (du kannst auch Ghee nehmen) und brat das Fleisch darin an. Wenn es durch ist, stell es beiseite in eine Sch\u00fcssel und fang mit der So\u00dfe an.<br\/>Hack den Knoblauch fein und brat ihn kurz in der Pfanne an, in der du das Fleisch gemacht hast. Dann gib die <strong>Sahne, den Dijonsenf und den grob geriebenen Parmesan dazu.<\/strong> Danach kommen der <strong>Spinat, die gekochten Nudeln und das Fleisch<\/strong> mit in die Pfanne.
