Od male ideje, postupno je izrastao u pokret koji danas povezuje milijune ljudi diljem svijeta i donosi nadu i inspiraciju.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Rak prostate <strong>drugi je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i rak kod mu\u0161karaca<\/strong>, a tako\u0111er i peti naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i uzrok smrti od raka kod mu\u0161karaca diljem svijeta. Me\u0111utim, Movember nas podsje\u0107a da <strong>prevencija i rana dijagnoza mogu spasiti \u017eivote<\/strong>. Me\u0111utim, sve je po\u010delo vrlo jednostavno. Dva prijatelja iz Australije, nadahnuta \u017eenskom inicijativom usmjerenom na<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/ruzicasti-listopad-kako-sprijeciti-rak-dojke-i-koji-je-postupak-samopregleda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rak dojke<\/a><\/strong>, potaknula su svoje poznanike da puste brkove i time podr\u017ee temu o kojoj se \u010desto \u0161uti \u2013 mu\u0161ko zdravlje. Uz brkove, koji su postali ikonski simbol Movembera, \u010desto se koristi i <strong>plava vrpca<\/strong>; me\u0111utim, ovo nije simbol isklju\u010divo za Movember, ve\u0107 op\u0107enito izra\u017eava <strong>podr\u0161ku svijesti o raku prostate i mu\u0161kom zdravlju<\/strong>. Rak testisa: Kako sprije\u010diti i rano dijagnosticirati? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rak testisa spada me\u0111u rje\u0111e maligne bolesti \u2013 \u010dini samo pribli\u017eno <strong>1 % svih karcinoma kod odraslih mu\u0161karaca<\/strong>. Me\u0111utim, kod raka testisa je malo druga\u010dije. Ova vrsta raka <strong>ne spada me\u0111u bolesti na koje izravno utje\u010de na\u010din \u017eivota<\/strong>, \u0161to ga \u010dini jo\u0161 nepredvidljivijim protivnikom.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzroci njegovog nastanka jo\u0161 nisu u potpunosti razja\u0161njeni, ali stru\u010dnjaci znaju nekoliko <strong>\u010dimbenika koji zna\u010dajno pove\u0107avaju rizik od bolesti:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nespu\u0161teni testis (kriptorhizam):<\/strong> Najzna\u010dajniji faktor rizika. Rizik od razvoja tumora ve\u0107i je u nespu\u0161tenom testisu, ali je blago pove\u0107an i u drugom, zdravom testisu. Rak prostate: Kako sprije\u010diti i rano dijagnosticirati? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rak prostate je stvarnost s kojom se mnogi mu\u0161karci suo\u010davaju \u010de\u0161\u0107e nego \u0161to bi \u017eeljeli. To je <strong>naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i tip raka kod mu\u0161karaca u Europi<\/strong>, a tako\u0111er i drugi naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i uzrok smrti od raka diljem svijeta.<sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[21]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prostata je <strong>mala \u017elijezda veli\u010dine oraha<\/strong> smje\u0161tena ispod mokra\u0107nog mjehura koja proizvodi teku\u0107inu koja \u010dini dio sjemena. Mnogi mu\u0161karci za njega saznaju tek tijekom <strong>testova probira ili preventivnog pregleda<\/strong>. Dobra vijest je da zahvaljuju\u0107i ranoj dijagnozi, ve\u0107ina slu\u010dajeva otkrivenih u ranoj fazi ima <strong>vrlo povoljnu prognozu<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ste me\u0111u mu\u0161karcima koji redovito idu na preglede, imate veliku \u0161ansu da \u0107e se svaka potencijalna bolest otkriti u ranoj fazi. Koristi se ili kao primarno lije\u010denje ili u kombinaciji s drugim metodama.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hormonska terapija:<\/strong> Smanjuje razinu mu\u0161kih hormona (androgena), koji <strong>poti\u010du rast stanica raka<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Svaki je slu\u010daj individualan, pa je lije\u010denje uvijek prilago\u0111eno konkretnom pacijentu. Ako otvoreno komunicirate sa svojim lije\u010dnikom i redovito se podvrgavate preventivnim pregledima, <strong>pove\u0107at \u0107ete svoju \u0161ansu za uspje\u0161no lije\u010denje i ispunjen \u017eivot<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako sprije\u010diti rak prostate? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rak prostate je \u010desto <strong>asimptomatski<\/strong> u ranim fazama i stoga mo\u017ee ostati skriven dok ne bude prekasno. Zato je toliko va\u017eno <strong>redovito i\u0107i na preventivne preglede<\/strong> (screening) kako biste imali priliku rano otkriti bolest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Screening i rana dijagnoza<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Screening zna\u010di pregled za mu\u0161karce koji nemaju simptome, s ciljem otkrivanja bolesti u najranijoj mogu\u0107oj fazi. U praksi to zna\u010di jednostavan <strong>PSA test krvi (prostata-specifi\u010dni antigen)<\/strong>, koji mjeri razinu proteina kojeg proizvodi prostata. Povi\u0161ene vrijednosti mogu signalizirati problem koji zahtijeva daljnje pretrage \u2013 na primjer, <strong>digitalni rektalni pregled (DRE)<\/strong> ili slikovne metode.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zemlje Europske unije pozivaju se da aktivno podr\u017ee ovaj screening i provode opse\u017eno testiranje mu\u0161karaca koji imaju pove\u0107an rizik od razvoja raka prostate. Trenutno se preporu\u010duje posebno za mu\u0161karce <strong>u dobi od 50 do 70 godina,<\/strong> ili ranije ako imaju <strong>pove\u0107an rizik<\/strong> (na primjer, ako je rak prostate bio prisutan kod njihovog oca ili brata).
