Tento pr\u016flomov\u00fd n\u00e1lez otev\u0159el ot\u00e1zku, zda by tzv. slune\u010dn\u00ed vitam\u00edn mohl b\u00fdt jednoduch\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro mu\u017ee, kter\u00e9 tr\u00e1p\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00e1 hladina testosteronu. Po letech intenzivn\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu v\u0161ak vych\u00e1z\u00ed najevo, \u017ee <strong>vitam\u00edn D nen\u00ed univerz\u00e1ln\u00edm receptem, kter\u00fd u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho mu\u017ee vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my s hladinou testosteronu.<\/strong> Na \u010dem tedy z\u00e1vis\u00ed jeho \u00fa\u010dinek a kter\u00fdm mu\u017e\u016fm by mohl pomoci?   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-h2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prukopnicky_nalez_s_dulezitym_kontextem\"><\/span>Pr\u016fkopnick\u00fd n\u00e1lez s d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm kontextem<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Studie publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise <em>Hormone and Metabolic Research<\/em> byla vn\u00edm\u00e1na jako kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd miln\u00edk ve v\u00fdzkumu vztahu mezi <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/vitamin-d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>vitam\u00ednem D<\/strong><\/a> a testosteronem. Velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je v\u0161ak v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b celkov\u00fd kontext. Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 na tomto zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ak bylo, \u017ee <strong>korekce z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9ho deficitu m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161anci vyvolat fyziologickou odpov\u011b\u010f.<\/strong> <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1]<\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pokud m\u00e1me v t\u011ble n\u011b\u010deho opravdu m\u00e1lo a dopln\u00edme to do norm\u00e1lu, reakce bude pozitivn\u00ed. M\u016f\u017eete si to p\u0159edstavit jako auto, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 m\u00e1lo oleje, a proto jeho motor nefunguje optim\u00e1ln\u011b.
