Von der Gesamtmenge 100 g abnehmen, mit einem Essl\u00f6ffel Rohrzucker bestreuen und beiseite stellen. Die restlichen Erdbeeren in einen Topf geben, mit Wasser \u00fcbergie\u00dfen, 30 g Puderzucker hinzuf\u00fcgen und etwa 15 Minuten bei schwacher Hitze kochen. In dieser Zeit sollten die Erdbeeren fast <strong>zu einem Sirup eingekocht sein.<\/strong>    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ricotta und H\u00fcttenk\u00e4se<\/strong> mit dem restlichen Puderzucker zu einer glatten Creme aufschlagen und <strong>mit Vanille oder Vanilleextrakt abschmecken<\/strong>. Die L\u00f6ffelbiskuits kurz in den Erdbeersirup tauchen und dicht nebeneinander in ein kleineres Gef\u00e4\u00df legen. Wiederhole die Schichtung, bis du alle Zutaten verbraucht hast. Die letzte Schicht sollte aus Sahne bestehen. Stelle das Tiramisu zum Festwerden in den K\u00fchlschrank, am besten \u00fcber Nacht.
