Symbolizuj\u00ed toti\u017e podporu hnut\u00ed <strong>Movember, <\/strong>celosv\u011btov\u00e9 iniciativy, kter\u00e1 u\u017e od roku 2003 m\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm mu\u017ei p\u0159istupuj\u00ed ke sv\u00e9mu zdrav\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za jeho vznikem stoj\u00ed dva p\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9 a jednoduch\u00fd n\u00e1pad \u2013 <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161it pov\u011bdom\u00ed o du\u0161evn\u00edm zdrav\u00ed mu\u017e\u016f a o onemocn\u011bn\u00edch, jako jsou rakovina varlat a prostaty<\/strong>. Z mal\u00e9 my\u0161lenky se postupn\u011b stalo hnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 dnes spojuje miliony lid\u00ed po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed nad\u011bji i inspiraci. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Rakovina prostaty je p\u0159itom <strong>druh\u00fdm nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1dorov\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm u mu\u017e\u016f <\/strong>a z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u00e1t\u00e1 nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina \u00famrt\u00ed na rakovinu u mu\u017e\u016f na sv\u011bt\u011b. Movember v\u0161ak p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1, \u017ee <strong>prevence a v\u010dasn\u00e1 diagnostika mohou zachr\u00e1nit \u017eivot.<\/strong> Poj\u010fme se tedy spole\u010dn\u011b pod\u00edvat na to, pro\u010d je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 otev\u0159en\u011b mluvit o mu\u017esk\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed a jak m\u016f\u017eete podpo\u0159it nejen sv\u00e9 bl\u00edzk\u00e9, ale i sami sebe. <sup>\n  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark>\n<\/sup> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_Movember_a_proc_je_dulezity\"><\/span>Co je Movember a pro\u010d je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Movember dnes zn\u00e1me jako celosv\u011btov\u00e9 hnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 u\u017e od roku 2003 spojuje miliony lid\u00ed ve spole\u010dn\u00e9m \u00fasil\u00ed \u2013 <strong>zlep\u0161it pov\u011bdom\u00ed o mu\u017esk\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed a zachr\u00e1nit \u017eivoty<\/strong>. Za\u010dalo to v\u0161ak \u00fapln\u011b jednodu\u0161e. Dva p\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9 z Austr\u00e1lie, inspirovan\u00ed \u017eenskou iniciativou zam\u011b\u0159enou na<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/pink-october-jak-predchazet-rakovine-prsu-a-jaky-je-postup-samovysetreni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rakovinu prsu<\/a><\/strong>, vyzvali sv\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00e9, aby si nechali nar\u016fst kn\u00edry a t\u00edm podpo\u0159ili t\u00e9ma, o kter\u00e9m se \u010dasto ml\u010d\u00ed \u2013 zdrav\u00ed mu\u017e\u016f. Jeliko\u017e se tato t\u00e9mata prol\u00ednaj\u00ed, modr\u00e1 stu\u017eka se \u010dasto spojuje i s hnut\u00edm Movember.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Do pop\u0159ed\u00ed se dost\u00e1v\u00e1 i v\u00fdzva <strong>MOVE for Movember<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 povzbuzuje k nachozen\u00ed nebo zab\u011bhnut\u00ed symbolick\u00fdch <strong>60 kilometr\u016f za m\u011bs\u00edc<\/strong>. Rakovina varlat: Jak na prevenci a v\u010dasnou diagnostiku? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rakovina varlat pat\u0159\u00ed mezi vz\u00e1cn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zhoubn\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed \u2013 tvo\u0159\u00ed jen p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>1 % v\u0161ech n\u00e1dor\u016f u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f<\/strong>. P\u0159esto je z\u00e1ke\u0159n\u00e1 v tom, koho postihuje. <strong>Nej\u010dast\u011bji se objevuje u mlad\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f ve v\u011bku od 15 do 35 let<\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je ve v\u011bku od <strong>25 do 29 let.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento typ rakoviny vznik\u00e1 ve <strong>varlatech<\/strong>, tedy mu\u017esk\u00fdch pohlavn\u00edch \u017el\u00e1z\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za tvorbu spermi\u00ed a hormonu <strong>testosteronu<\/strong>. I kdy\u017e jde o onemocn\u011bn\u00ed s vysokou m\u00edrou vyl\u00e9\u010ditelnosti, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zachytit ho v\u010das. <strong>Kl\u00ed\u010dem je v\u010dasn\u00e9 rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f a pravideln\u00e9 samovy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong>. <sup>\n  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2]<\/mark>\n<\/sup> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rizikov\u00e9 faktory vzniku rakoviny varlat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U mnoha onemocn\u011bn\u00ed hraje velkou roli <strong>\u017eivotn\u00ed styl<\/strong> \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad kou\u0159en\u00ed, alkohol \u010di nezdrav\u00e1 strava. U rakoviny varlat je to v\u0161ak trochu jin\u00e9. Tento typ rakoviny <strong>nepat\u0159\u00ed mezi onemocn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo ovlivn\u011bn\u00e1 \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem<\/strong>, co\u017e z n\u00ed d\u011bl\u00e1 o to nep\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u011bj\u0161\u00edho protivn\u00edka.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00ed\u010diny jej\u00edho vzniku zat\u00edm nejsou \u00fapln\u011b objasn\u011bny, ale odborn\u00edci znaj\u00ed n\u011bkolik <strong>faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko onemocn\u011bn\u00ed:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nesestoupl\u00e9 varle (kryptorchismus):<\/strong> Nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rizikov\u00fd faktor. Riziko vzniku n\u00e1doru je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ve varleti, kter\u00e9 nesestouplilo, ale m\u00edrn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 je i v druh\u00e9m, zdrav\u00e9m varleti. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se bu\u010f jako hlavn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dba, nebo v kombinaci s jin\u00fdmi metodami. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed terapie:<\/strong> Sni\u017euje hladinu mu\u017esk\u00fdch hormon\u016f (androgen\u016f), kter\u00e9 <strong>podporuj\u00ed r\u016fst rakovinov\u00fdch bun\u011bk<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpad je individu\u00e1ln\u00ed, proto se l\u00e9\u010dba v\u017edy p\u0159izp\u016fsobuje konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmu pacientovi. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto je tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 <strong>pravideln\u011b absolvovat preventivn\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong> (screening), abyste m\u011bli \u0161anci onemocn\u011bn\u00ed odhalit v\u010das. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Screening a v\u010dasn\u00e1 diagnostika<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Screening znamen\u00e1 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed u mu\u017e\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed nemaj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky, s c\u00edlem zachytit onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v nej\u010dasn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm mo\u017en\u00e9m st\u00e1diu. V praxi to znamen\u00e1 jednoduch\u00fd <strong>krevn\u00ed test PSA (prostatick\u00fd specifick\u00fd antigen)<\/strong>, kter\u00fd m\u011b\u0159\u00ed hladinu b\u00edlkoviny produkovan\u00e9 prostatou. Jeho zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hodnoty mohou signalizovat probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd si vy\u017eaduje dal\u0161\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>digit\u00e1ln\u00ed rekt\u00e1ln\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed (DRE)<\/strong> nebo zobrazovac\u00ed metody.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00e1ty Evropsk\u00e9 unie jsou vyz\u00fdv\u00e1ny, aby tento screening aktivn\u011b podporovaly a plo\u0161n\u011b testovaly mu\u017ee, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko vzniku rakoviny prostaty. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b se doporu\u010duje zejm\u00e9na mu\u017e\u016fm ve v\u011bku <strong>od 50 do 70 let, <\/strong>p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b d\u0159\u00edve, pokud maj\u00ed <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko<\/strong> (nap\u0159\u00edklad pokud se rakovina prostaty vyskytla u jejich otce nebo bratra).
