Symbolizuj\u00fa toti\u017e podporu hnutia <strong>Movember, <\/strong>celosvetovej iniciat\u00edvy, ktor\u00e1 u\u017e od roku 2003 men\u00ed sp\u00f4sob, ak\u00fdm mu\u017ei pristupuj\u00fa k svojmu zdraviu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za jeho vznikom stoja dvaja priatelia a jednoduch\u00fd n\u00e1pad \u2013 <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 povedomie o du\u0161evnom zdrav\u00ed mu\u017eov a o ochoreniach, ako s\u00fa rakovina semenn\u00edkov a prostaty<\/strong>. Z malej my\u0161lienky sa postupne stalo hnutie, ktor\u00e9 dnes sp\u00e1ja mili\u00f3ny \u013eud\u00ed po celom svete a prin\u00e1\u0161a n\u00e1dej aj in\u0161pir\u00e1ciu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Rakovina prostaty je pritom <strong>druh\u00fdm naj\u010dastej\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1dorov\u00fdm ochoren\u00edm u mu\u017eov <\/strong>a z\u00e1rove\u0148 piata naj\u010dastej\u0161ia pr\u00ed\u010dina \u00famrt\u00ed na rakovinu u mu\u017eov na svete. Movember v\u0161ak pripom\u00edna, \u017ee <strong>prevencia a v\u010dasn\u00e1 diagnostika m\u00f4\u017eu zachr\u00e1ni\u0165 \u017eivot.<\/strong> Po\u010fme sa teda spolu pozrie\u0165 na to, pre\u010do je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 otvorene hovori\u0165 o mu\u017eskom zdrav\u00ed a ako m\u00f4\u017eete podpori\u0165 nielen svojich bl\u00edzkych, ale aj sam\u00e9ho seba. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_Movember_a_preco_je_dolezity\"><\/span>\u010co je Movember a pre\u010do je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd?&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Movember dnes pozn\u00e1me ako celosvetov\u00e9 hnutie, ktor\u00e9 u\u017e od roku 2003 sp\u00e1ja mili\u00f3ny \u013eud\u00ed v spolo\u010dnom \u00fasil\u00ed \u2013 <strong>zlep\u0161i\u0165 povedomie o mu\u017eskom zdrav\u00ed a zachr\u00e1ni\u0165 \u017eivoty<\/strong>. Za\u010dalo sa to v\u0161ak \u00faplne jednoducho. Dvaja priatelia z Austr\u00e1lie, in\u0161pirovan\u00ed \u017eenskou iniciat\u00edvou zameranou na<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.sk\/blog\/pink-october-ako-predchadzat-rakovine-prsnika-a-aky-je-postup-samovysetrenia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rakovinu prsn\u00edka<\/a><\/strong>, vyzvali svojich zn\u00e1mych, aby si nechali nar\u00e1s\u0165 f\u00fazy a t\u00fdm podporili t\u00e9mu, o ktorej sa \u010dasto ml\u010d\u00ed \u2013 zdravie mu\u017eov. Ke\u010f\u017ee sa tieto t\u00e9my prel\u00ednaj\u00fa, modr\u00e1 stu\u017eka sa \u010dasto sp\u00e1ja aj s hnut\u00edm Movember.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Do popredia sa dost\u00e1va aj v\u00fdzva <strong>MOVE for Movember<\/strong>, ktor\u00e1 povzbudzuje k nachodeniu alebo zabehnutiu symbolick\u00fdch <strong>60 kilometrov za mesiac<\/strong>.
