I <strong>r\u016f\u017eov\u00e9 stu\u017eky<\/strong> na oble\u010den\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed <strong>Pink October,<\/strong> iniciativu, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161it pov\u011bdom\u00ed o rakovin\u011b prsu<\/strong> a <strong> <\/strong>jej\u00ed <strong>prevenci.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Pt\u00e1te se, pro\u010d m\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed sv\u016fj m\u011bs\u00edc? Jde toti\u017e o celosv\u011btov\u011b <strong>nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu \u00famrt\u00ed na rakovinu u \u017een.<\/strong> D\u011bsiv\u00e9 statistiky v\u0161ak maj\u00ed i svou sv\u011btlou str\u00e1nku. Pokud se na toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159ijde v\u010das, \u0161ance na \u00fapln\u00e9 vyl\u00e9\u010den\u00ed je velmi vysok\u00e1. A pr\u00e1v\u011b proto je tu Pink October, aby p\u0159ipomn\u011bl, \u017ee <strong>v\u010dasn\u00e1 diagn\u00f3za v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee zachr\u00e1nit \u017eivot.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Poj\u010fme se spole\u010dn\u011b pod\u00edvat na to, jak vlastn\u011b vznik\u00e1 rakovina prsu, jak se projevuje, jak j\u00ed p\u0159edch\u00e1zet a jak se postarat o to, aby se na ni p\u0159i\u0161lo v prav\u00fd \u010das. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pink_October_a_jeho_vyznam\"><\/span>Pink October a jeho v\u00fdznam <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Odkaz Pink Octoberu je jasn\u00fd. Tento m\u011bs\u00edc, zn\u00e1m\u00fd tak\u00e9 jako <strong>m\u011bs\u00edc pov\u011bdom\u00ed o rakovin\u011b prsu (<em>Breast Cancer Awareness Month<\/em>),<\/strong> ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b upozor\u0148uje na onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 celosv\u011btov\u011b na sv\u011bdom\u00ed jedno ze \u0161esti \u00famrt\u00ed u \u017een. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ro\u010dn\u011b tvo\u0159\u00ed a\u017e 25 % v\u0161ech nov\u011b diagnostikovan\u00fdch rakovin u \u017een.   <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1,8]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Rakovinu prsu si sice spojujeme se \u017eenami, ale je t\u0159eba p\u0159ipomenout, \u017ee se <strong>nevyh\u00fdb\u00e1 ani mu\u017e\u016fm.<\/strong> A\u010dkoli tvo\u0159\u00ed pouze 0,5 % \u2013 1 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, i pro n\u011b je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 m\u00edt informace o prevenci. R\u016f\u017eov\u00fd \u0159\u00edjen bychom proto nem\u011bli vn\u00edmat tak, \u017ee je v\u011bnov\u00e1n jen \u017een\u00e1m.  <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1,8]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Historie Pink October<\/h3>\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edb\u011bh iniciativy za\u010dal u\u017e v roce 1985, kdy <strong>Americk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost pro rakovinu<\/strong> spolu se spole\u010dnost\u00ed <strong><em>Imperial Chemical Industries<\/em><\/strong> zalo\u017eily M\u011bs\u00edc pov\u011bdom\u00ed o rakovin\u011b prsu. Jejich c\u00edlem bylo motivovat \u017eeny k pravideln\u00fdm mamografick\u00fdm vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00edm a podpo\u0159it tak v\u010dasnou diagnostiku.  <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1,3]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>Symbolick\u00e1 r\u016f\u017eov\u00e1 stu\u017eka<\/strong> m\u00e1 sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh. V roce 1991 za\u010dala aktivistka Charlotte Haley vyr\u00e1b\u011bt a rozd\u00e1vat stu\u017eky broskvov\u00e9 barvy, aby upozornila na chronick\u00fd nedostatek pen\u011bz na prevenci rakoviny. Kdy\u017e si v\u0161ak jej\u00edho n\u00e1padu v\u0161imly velk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, zm\u011bnily barvu na r\u016f\u017eovou a z kampan\u011b se stal celosv\u011btov\u00fd fenom\u00e9n. Dnes je u\u017e r\u016f\u017eov\u00e1 stu\u017eka mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm symbolem nad\u011bje, odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed a solidarity.    <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[11]<\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2221624996-1124x749.jpg\" alt=\"Co je Pink October?\" class=\"wp-image-739918\" title=\"Co je Pink October?\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2221624996-1124x749.jpg 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2221624996-400x267.jpg 400w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2221624996-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2221624996-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_je_rakovina_prsu_a_koho_ohrozuje\"><\/span>Co je rakovina prsu a koho ohro\u017euje?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Rakovina prsu vznik\u00e1, kdy\u017e se bu\u0148ky v prsu vymknou kontrole a za\u010dnou se <strong>nekontrolovan\u011b mno\u017eit.<\/strong> Tento proces obvykle za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v <strong>ml\u00e9kovodech<\/strong> nebo v <strong>ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch \u017el\u00e1z\u00e1ch.<\/strong> Vznikl\u00fd \u00fatvar, <strong>n\u00e1dor,<\/strong> m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt <strong>nezhoubn\u00fd (benign\u00ed)<\/strong> nebo <strong>zhoubn\u00fd (malign\u00ed).<\/strong> Nezhoubn\u00e9 n\u00e1dory nejsou rakovinov\u00e9. Ty zhoubn\u00e9 v\u0161ak mohou metast\u00e1zovat, tedy se \u0161\u00ed\u0159it krv\u00ed a lymfatick\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem do jin\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla. <strong> V\u00fdvoj rakoviny prsu m\u016f\u017ee trvat m\u011bs\u00edce a\u017e roky, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e zpo\u010d\u00e1tku \u010dasto nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky.<\/strong> <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[22]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Rakovina prsu se nej\u010dast\u011bji objevuje u <strong>\u017een po pades\u00e1tce,<\/strong> ale nesm\u00edme zapom\u00ednat ani na ty mlad\u0161\u00ed. U \u017een <strong>p\u0159ed \u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtkou<\/strong> je toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed sice m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dast\u00e9, ale pokud se vyskytne, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt <strong>agresivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/strong> Jedn\u00edm z d\u016fvod\u016f je i to, \u017ee se u nich \u010dasto odhal\u00ed pozd\u011bji, jeliko\u017e jsou symptomy p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eeny a pravideln\u00e1 mamografick\u00e1 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se v t\u00e9to v\u011bkov\u00e9 kategorii neprov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[10]<\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2129333571-1124x749.jpg\" alt=\"Jak vznik&#xE1; rakovina prsu? \" class=\"wp-image-739919\" title=\"Jak vznik&#xE1; rakovina prsu? \" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2129333571-1124x749.jpg 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2129333571-400x267.jpg 400w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2129333571-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2129333571-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159\u00edznaky rakoviny prsu <\/h3>\n\n<p>Jeliko\u017e se rakovina prsu v po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch st\u00e1di\u00edch nemus\u00ed v\u016fbec projevit nebo p\u0159\u00edznaky m\u016f\u017eete snadno p\u0159ehl\u00e9dnout, kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 je pravideln\u00e9 samovy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed prsou a preventivn\u00ed prohl\u00eddky. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e1vejte si pozor na tyto nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bulka nebo zhrubnut\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b<\/strong> <strong>v prsu nebo pod pa\u017e\u00ed.<\/strong> \u010castou mylnou p\u0159edstavou je, \u017ee rakovinov\u00e1 bulka mus\u00ed b\u00fdt bolestiv\u00e1, av\u0161ak ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f je to pr\u00e1v\u011b naopak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zm\u011bny velikosti, tvaru<\/strong> nebo <strong>vzhledu prsu.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zm\u011bny na k\u016f\u017ei prsu<\/strong>, jako je zarudnut\u00ed, d\u016flky p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed pomeran\u010dovou k\u016fru, nebo \u0161upinat\u011bn\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zm\u011bny bradavky<\/strong>, nap\u0159\u00edklad jej\u00ed vta\u017een\u00ed nebo v\u00fdtok. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[13]<\/mark><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 se pt\u00e1te, zda je <strong>bolest prsou, p\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> nebo <strong>sv\u011bd\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> p\u0159\u00edznakem rakoviny. N\u011bkter\u00e9 ovlivnit nem\u016f\u017eeme, jin\u00e9 m\u00e1me pln\u011b ve sv\u00fdch rukou. Poj\u010fme se na n\u011b pod\u00edvat bl\u00ed\u017ee.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faktory, kter\u00e9 nem\u016f\u017eete ovlivnit<\/h3>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Pohlav\u00ed<\/h4>\n\n<p>B\u00fdt \u017eenou je nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm rizikov\u00fdm faktorem pro vznik rakoviny prsu. <strong>T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 99 % v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f se vyskytuje u \u017een,<\/strong> a\u010dkoli, jak jsme ji\u017e zm\u00ednili, nevyh\u00fdb\u00e1 se ani mu\u017e\u016fm. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[8]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko maj\u00ed ty \u017eeny, kter\u00e9: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>nem\u011bly d\u011bti,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>m\u011bly <strong>prvn\u00ed t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed po 30. roce <\/strong> <strong>\u017eivota,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>prvn\u00ed menstruace<\/strong> se u nich objevila<strong> p\u0159ed 12. rokem <\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>m\u011bly <strong>menopauzu po 55. roce \u017eivota. <\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>V\u0161echny tyto faktory toti\u017e zvy\u0161uj\u00ed celkov\u00fd po\u010det menstrua\u010dn\u00edch cykl\u016f v \u017eivot\u011b \u017eeny. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[9]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Rodinn\u00e1 anamn\u00e9za a genetika <\/h4>\n\n<p>Pokud se rakovina prsu nebo vaje\u010dn\u00edk\u016f vyskytla u va\u0161eho bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9ho, riziko onemocn\u011bn\u00ed se zvy\u0161uje i u v\u00e1s. Je to proto, \u017ee i kdy\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f rakoviny prsu nen\u00ed d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e1, n\u011bkter\u00e9 jsou zp\u016fsobeny <strong>genov\u00fdmi mutacemi,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed v rodin\u011b.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou mutace gen\u016f <strong>BRCA1,<\/strong> <strong>BRCA2<\/strong> a <strong>PALB-2,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u011b zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko rakoviny prsu a vaje\u010dn\u00edk\u016f. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zn\u00e1t svou rodinnou anamn\u00e9zu a pokud se ve va\u0161\u00ed rodin\u011b vyskytlo takov\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, poradit se s l\u00e9ka\u0159em.  <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[8,17]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Hustota prsn\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b <\/h4>\n\n<p>V\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee prsn\u00ed tk\u00e1\u0148 m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt r\u016fznou hustotu, a ta ovliv\u0148uje riziko rakoviny prsu? Va\u0161e prsa se skl\u00e1daj\u00ed ze <strong>\u017el\u00e1zov\u00e9, vazivov\u00e9<\/strong> a <strong>tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b.<\/strong> Pokud m\u00e1te hustou prsn\u00ed tk\u00e1\u0148, znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee m\u00e1te v prsou v\u00edce \u017el\u00e1z, vaziva a m\u00e9n\u011b tuku. Tento stav je nejen samostatn\u00fdm rizikov\u00fdm faktorem pro vznik rakoviny, ale m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 <strong>zt\u00ed\u017eit odhalen\u00ed n\u00e1doru mamografem.<\/strong> <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[4]<\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Jak zjist\u00edte, zda m\u00e1te hustou tk\u00e1\u0148? Jasnou odpov\u011b\u010f v\u00e1m p\u0159inese jen mamografick\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdsledk\u016f v\u00e1m l\u00e9ka\u0159 \u0159ekne, zda pat\u0159\u00edte do kategorie s hustou tk\u00e1n\u00ed. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u016f\u017ee doporu\u010dit dopl\u0148kov\u00e1 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>ultrazvuk prsou<\/strong>. I tak je v\u0161ak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nad\u00e1le poctiv\u011b chodit na mamografii. \u017deny, kter\u00fdch se pravideln\u00fd screening zat\u00edm net\u00fdk\u00e1, se mohou o hustot\u011b prsn\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b poradit na gynekologii.      <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[4]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Vystaven\u00ed se radia\u010dn\u00edmu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed <\/h4>\n\n<p>A\u010dkoli mnoho d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed vy\u017eaduje oz\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed (nap\u0159\u00edklad rentgen, CT), je dobr\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee ionizuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zvy\u0161ovat riziko vzniku rakoviny, v\u010detn\u011b rakoviny prsu. <strong>Nen\u00ed to v\u0161ak tak, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9 jednotliv\u00e9 oz\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed automaticky zp\u016fsob\u00ed rakovinu.<\/strong> Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 je, v jak\u00e9 f\u00e1zi \u017eivota a jak\u00fdm d\u00e1vk\u00e1m je \u010dlov\u011bk vystaven.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko se prok\u00e1zalo zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i opakovan\u00e9m a siln\u00e9m oz\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad studie uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee d\u00edvky a mlad\u00e9 \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 podstoupily \u010dast\u00e9 rentgenov\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed hrudn\u00edku (v pr\u016fm\u011bru alespo\u0148 24kr\u00e1t), nap\u0159\u00edklad kv\u016fli skoli\u00f3ze nebo l\u00e9\u010db\u011b tuberkul\u00f3zy, m\u011bly zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko rakoviny prsu. To se projevilo <strong>15 a\u017e 50 let po expozici.<\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Je proto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby l\u00e9ka\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edvali vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed s ionizuj\u00edc\u00edm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm jen v nezbytn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech. Pokud je v\u0161ak vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed opravdu pot\u0159ebn\u00e9, jeho p\u0159\u00ednos je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e riziko, \u017ee se za n\u011bkolik let objev\u00ed rakovina prsu.  <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faktory, kter\u00e9 lze ovlivnit<\/h3>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Konzumace alkoholu <\/h4>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/co-dela-alkohol-s-nasim-telem-a-existuje-zdrava-davka-abcde\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alkohol <\/a>je jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch rizikov\u00fdch faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete ovlivnit. V\u011bdci se shoduj\u00ed, \u017ee<strong> i mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed alkoholu m\u016f\u017ee zvy\u0161ovat riziko rakoviny prsu.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Pro\u010d tomu tak je? Alkohol <strong>zvy\u0161uje hladiny <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/jak-ovlivnuje-testosteron-a-progesteron-hubnuti-a-rust-svalove-hmoty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estrogenu<\/a>,<\/strong> hormonu, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee podporovat r\u016fst rakovinov\u00fdch bun\u011bk. Nav\u00edc se alkohol v t\u011ble p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje na <strong>karcinogenn\u00ed l\u00e1tky,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 po\u0161kozuj\u00ed DNA. Proto je nejlep\u0161\u00ed prevenc\u00ed omezit pit\u00ed alkoholu na minimum.    <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2,7]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Kou\u0159en\u00ed <\/h4>\n\n<p>Kou\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uje riziko rakoviny prsu, a to nejen pokud aktivn\u011b kou\u0159\u00edte, ale i kdy\u017e vdechujete kou\u0159 pasivn\u011b. Mnoho l\u00e1tek v cigaretov\u00e9m kou\u0159i je toti\u017e <strong>karcinogenn\u00edch<\/strong> a m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159\u00edmo po\u0161kodit DNA v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch prsn\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b. Tyto toxiny z\u00e1rove\u0148 oslabuj\u00ed imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m t\u011bla, co\u017e mu zt\u011b\u017euje boj s rakovinov\u00fdmi bu\u0148kami.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Jedna rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 studie na v\u00edce ne\u017e 80 000 \u017een\u00e1ch zjistila, \u017ee u aktivn\u00edch ku\u0159a\u010dek se <strong>riziko zv\u00fd\u0161ilo o 16 %.<\/strong> Nejohro\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 za\u010daly kou\u0159it u\u017e v mlad\u00e9m v\u011bku. P\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00fd tuk v t\u011ble toti\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zvy\u0161ovat hladinu <strong>estrogenu<\/strong>, hormonu, kter\u00fd podporuje r\u016fst rakovinov\u00fdch bun\u011bk. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[18]<\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Riziko se v\u0161ak net\u00fdk\u00e1 jen star\u0161\u00edch \u017een. Studie uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee obezita je spojena i s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem <strong>agresivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch typ\u016f rakoviny prsu p\u0159ed menopauzou.<\/strong> U ob\u00e9zn\u00edch \u017een bylo riziko vzniku t\u011bchto typ\u016f rakovin dokonce o 43 % a\u017e 80 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u \u017een s norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hmotnost\u00ed. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed terapie po menopauze<\/h4>\n\n<p>A\u010dkoli se vliv um\u011ble dod\u00e1van\u00fdch hormon\u016f na riziko rakoviny prsu st\u00e1le zkoum\u00e1, v\u00edme, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 b\u00fdt opatrn\u00fd. Hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed substitu\u010dn\u00ed terapie, kterou u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed \u017eeny po menopauze, m\u016f\u017ee zvy\u0161ovat riziko, zejm\u00e9na pokud kombinuje <strong>estrogen a progesteron<\/strong>. Naopak samotn\u00fd estrogen toto riziko nezvy\u0161uje.   <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5,15]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/jak-hormonalni-antikoncepce-ovlivnuje-vyber-partnera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>antikoncep\u010dn\u00edch pilulek<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> studie nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee riziko rakoviny stoup\u00e1 b\u011bhem jejich u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. Po jejich vysazen\u00ed se v\u0161ak postupn\u011b vrac\u00ed do norm\u00e1lu. Ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 studie v D\u00e1nsku uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed antikoncepce zv\u00fd\u0161ila riziko rakoviny prsu v pr\u016fm\u011bru o 20 %.   <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Nedostatek pohybu<\/h4>\n\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1te sedav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl a m\u00e1lo se h\u00fdbete, vystavujete se vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu riziku vzniku rakoviny v\u010detn\u011b rakoviny prsu. Mechanismus je podobn\u00fd jako u obezity. Pravideln\u00fd pohyb pom\u00e1h\u00e1 <strong>regulovat hladiny hormon\u016f<\/strong> jako estrogen \u010di <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/citlivost-na-inzulin-jak-ji-zvysit-a-predejit-inzulinove-rezistenci\/?utm_source=google&#038;utm_medium=cpc&#038;utm_campaign=SRCH%20-%20BLOG%20%23DSA&#038;utm_id=21744949419&#038;gad_source=1&#038;gclid=Cj0KCQjwkN--BhDkARIsAD_mnIphfUZeJXRhAIvabJ1SvozsXU5f1AkoAD73z6F_w19oIj5Aoo55KV4aAksoEALw_wcB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">inzul\u00edn<\/a>. Fyzick\u00e1 aktivita tak\u00e9 posiluje imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a sni\u017euje z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 procesy v t\u011ble, co\u017e jsou faktory, kter\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed ke vzniku tohoto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.     <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[19]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. V\u00fd\u017eiva<\/h4>\n\n<p>I kdy\u017e neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e1 potravina, kter\u00e1 by dok\u00e1zala rakovin\u011b prsu zabr\u00e1nit, to, co j\u00edte, je jedn\u00edm z rizikov\u00fdch faktor\u016f. Strava bohat\u00e1 na <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/7-tipu-jak-omezit-vysoce-prumyslove-zpracovane-potraviny-a-jist-zdraveji\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>vysoce pr\u016fmyslov\u011b<\/strong> <strong>zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny<\/strong><\/a><strong>, cukry<\/strong> a <strong>\u010derven\u00e9 maso<\/strong> m\u016f\u017ee zvy\u0161ovat riziko onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat hodn\u011b i samy doma d\u00edky samovy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladem v\u010dasn\u00e9 diagnostiky je kombinace t\u0159\u00ed metod, a to <strong>samovy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, ultrazvuk<\/strong> a <strong>mamografie.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Samovy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed prsou<\/h3>\n\n<p>Samovy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed je sice na pohled jednoduch\u00e9, ale zato nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 metoda, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 si m\u016f\u017eete v\u010das v\u0161imnout jak\u00fdchkoli zm\u011bn. Doporu\u010duje se v\u011bnovat se mu <strong>jednou m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b,<\/strong> ide\u00e1ln\u011b <strong>2 \u2013 3 dny po skon\u010den\u00ed menstruace.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>V <strong>menopauze<\/strong> si m\u016f\u017eete zvolit <strong>libovoln\u00fd den v m\u011bs\u00edci.<\/strong> Samovy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed zahrnuje <strong>vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrolu p\u0159ed zrcadlem<\/strong> a vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed <strong>hmatem<\/strong> (ve stoje nebo vle\u017ee). Za\u010dn\u011bte pohyby <strong>sm\u011brem nahoru-dol\u016f po cel\u00e9 plo\u0161e prsou.<\/strong>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potom prsty proch\u00e1zejte <strong>od st\u0159edu do stran,<\/strong> takt\u00e9\u017e po cel\u00e9 plo\u0161e. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nakonec oba prsy zkontrolujte pomoc\u00ed <strong>krou\u017eiv\u00fdch pohyb\u016f.<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mamografick\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p>Mamografie je<strong> rentgenov\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed prsou, <\/strong>kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017ee odhalit zm\u011bny, je\u017e nejsou hmatateln\u00e9. D\u00edky n\u00edzk\u00e9mu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed je vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a je<strong> z\u00e1kladn\u00edm pil\u00ed\u0159em organizovan\u00e9ho screeningov\u00e9ho programu pro diagnostiku rakoviny prsu. <\/strong>To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee st\u00e1t nebo zdravotnick\u00e9 instituce aktivn\u011b zvou \u017eeny na<strong> bezplatn\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed. <\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Screening rakoviny prsu je doporu\u010dov\u00e1n <strong>autoritami Evropsk\u00e9 unie<\/strong> a funguje ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f. A\u010dkoli byl doned\u00e1vna doporu\u010dov\u00e1n pro \u017eeny ve v\u011bku od   <strong>50 do 69 let,   <\/strong>nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sm\u011brnice Evropsk\u00e9 komise hovo\u0159\u00ed o jeho roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed na v\u011bkovou skupinu <strong>45 a\u017e 74 let<\/strong>. Mnoho zem\u00ed, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>Slovensko, \u010cesk\u00e1 republika, Rakousko<\/strong> nebo <strong>Polsko,<\/strong> se ji\u017e t\u011bmito doporu\u010den\u00edmi \u0159\u00edd\u00ed a zve na screening \u017eeny   <strong>od 45. roku \u017eivota. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Toto vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed byste m\u011bli podstupovat<strong> ka\u017ed\u00fd druh\u00fd rok. <\/strong>Pokud je riziko rakoviny vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee se prov\u00e1d\u011bt \u010dast\u011bji. Stejn\u011b tak ho mohou podstoupit i \u017eeny po 40. roce \u017eivota v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho rizika.  <strong> <\/strong><sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[16]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ultrazvukov\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p>Kontrola pomoc\u00ed ultrazvuku nen\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed screeningu. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se jako dopln\u011bk k objasn\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1lezu mamografie nebo u \u017een s hustou prsn\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Tak\u00e9 se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako preventivn\u00ed diagnostick\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed u<strong> mlad\u0161\u00edch \u017een, <\/strong>kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b nechod\u00ed pravideln\u011b na mamografii. Pokud chcete pravideln\u011b podstupovat vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed ultrazvukem, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1m ho doporu\u010dit l\u00e9ka\u0159 nebo se m\u016f\u017eete nechat vy\u0161et\u0159it na vlastn\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dost. A\u010dkoli nem\u016f\u017eete ovlivnit \u00fapln\u011b v\u0161echno, m\u00e1te v rukou siln\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje, kter\u00e9 mohou sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko v\u00fdskytu tohoto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b ho zm\u00edrnit nebo odd\u00e1lit.
