To raziskavo so izvedli v okviru obse\u017ene evropske klini\u010dne \u0161tudije DO-HEALTH, ki je pokazala, da u\u017eivanje <strong>vitamina D<\/strong> in <strong>omega-3 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin,<\/strong> v kombinaciji z <strong>redno vadbo za mo\u010d,<\/strong> pri starej\u0161ih vodi do manj\u0161ega tveganja za <strong>oku\u017ebe, padce<\/strong> in <strong>celo raka.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ti rezultati so znanstvenike spodbudili, da svojo raziskavo \u0161e poglobijo. Njihov u\u010dinek na upo\u010dasnitev staranja je bil potrjen pri treh od \u0161tirih epigenetskih ur.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Najve\u010dji u\u010dinek so imele pri osebah, ki so imele na <strong>za\u010detku nizko raven omega-3 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin v krvi.<\/strong> To ka\u017ee na dejstvo, da smo si ljudje razli\u010dni in da imajo hranila lahko razli\u010den vpliv na na\u0161e telo \u2013 na primer glede na zaloge, ki jih \u017ee imamo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kombinacija omega-3, <\/strong>vitamina D in <strong>telesne vadbe<\/strong> pa je prinesla <strong>\u0161e bolj\u0161e rezultate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na splo\u0161no se je pokazalo, da so vsi testirani dejavniki v obdobju treh let v povpre\u010dju upo\u010dasnili biolo\u0161ko staranje za <strong>2,9 do 3,8 meseca<\/strong> v primerjavi s pri\u010dakovano hitrostjo. Z drugimi besedami: telesa udele\u017eencev so v treh letih v povpre\u010dju <strong>postarala za skoraj \u0161tiri mesece manj,<\/strong> kot bi se sicer brez teh ukrepov. Najve\u010dji dele\u017e pri tej upo\u010dasnitvi so imele <strong>omega-3 ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zakaj_bi_vas_moralo_to_zanimati\"><\/span>Zakaj bi vas moralo to zanimati?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ceprav je bila \u0161tudija osredoto\u010dena na starej\u0161e, je njeno sporo\u010dilo univerzalno. Morda je celo pomembnej\u0161e za mlaj\u0161e ljudi, saj imajo ve\u010d \u010dasa, <strong>da sprejmejo ustrezen \u017eivljenjski slog <\/strong>in si ustvarijo temelje za zdravje v poznej\u0161ih letih.
