From the total amount, take <strong>100 g, sprinkle them with a tablespoon of <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cane-sugar-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>cane sugar<\/strong><\/a> and set aside. Transfer the remaining strawberries to a pot, pour water over them, <strong>add 30 g of powdered sugar<\/strong> and <strong>cook for about 15 minutes<\/strong> on low heat. During this time, the strawberries should almost <strong>cook down into a syrup<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Whip the ricotta and cottage cheese<\/strong> with the remaining powdered sugar into a smooth cream and <strong>flavour it with vanilla or vanilla extract<\/strong>. Briefly <strong>dip<\/strong> the ladyfinger cookies into the strawberry syrup and place them tightly next to each other in a smaller container. Repeat the layering until you use all the ingredients. The last layer should be cream. <strong>Put the tiramisu in the refrigerator<\/strong> to set, ideally overnight.
