Aceast\u0103 lun\u0103, cunoscut\u0103 \u0219i sub numele de <strong>luna con\u0219tientiz\u0103rii cancerului de s\u00e2n,<\/strong> atrage anual aten\u021bia asupra unei boli responsabile pentru una din \u0219ase decese \u00een r\u00e2ndul femeilor la nivel mondial. De asemenea, reprezint\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 25% din toate cazurile noi de cancer diagnosticate la femei anual. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1,8]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i asociem cancerul de s\u00e2n cu femeile, este important s\u0103 ne amintim c\u0103 <strong>afecteaz\u0103 \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bii.<\/strong> De\u0219i ace\u0219tia reprezint\u0103 doar 0,5% \u2013 1% din cazuri, este foarte important ca \u0219i ei s\u0103 aib\u0103 informa\u021bii despre preven\u021bie. Scopul lor a fost s\u0103 \u00eencurajeze femeile s\u0103 efectueze mamografii regulate \u0219i astfel s\u0103 sprijine diagnosticul precoce. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1,3]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Panglica roz simbolic\u0103<\/strong> are propria poveste. \u00cen 1991, activista Charlotte Haley a \u00eenceput s\u0103 fac\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 distribuie panglici de culoare piersic\u0103 pentru a atrage aten\u021bia asupra lipsei cronice de finan\u021bare pentru preven\u021bia cancerului. De\u0219i \u00een multe cazuri nu putem determina cu precizie cauza, numero\u0219i factori cresc probabilitatea dezvolt\u0103rii sale. Unii nu \u00eei putem influen\u021ba, \u00een timp ce al\u021bii sunt complet sub controlul nostru. Consumul de alcool <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.ro\/blog\/ce-anume-face-alcoolul-organismului-uman-si-exista-conceptul-de-doza-sanatoasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alcoolul<\/a> este unul dintre principalii factori de risc pe care \u00eei pute\u021bi influen\u021ba. Alcoolul <strong>cre\u0219te nivelurile de <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.ro\/blog\/cum-influenteaza-testosteronul-si-progesteronul-pierderea-in-greutate-si-cresterea-masei-musculare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estrogen,<\/a><\/strong> un hormon care poate promova cre\u0219terea celulelor canceroase. \u00cen plus, alcoolul este transformat \u00een organism \u00een <strong>substan\u021be cancerigene<\/strong> care d\u0103uneaz\u0103 ADN-ului. Femeile care au \u00eenceput s\u0103 fumeze de la o v\u00e2rst\u0103 fraged\u0103 sunt cele mai expuse riscului. Excesul de gr\u0103sime corporal\u0103 poate cre\u0219te nivelul de <strong>estrogen,<\/strong> un hormon care promoveaz\u0103 cre\u0219terea celulelor canceroase. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[18]<\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu toate acestea, riscul nu se aplic\u0103 doar femeilor mai \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103. Lipsa activit\u0103\u021bii fizice<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 duce\u021bi un stil de via\u021b\u0103 sedentar \u0219i nu sunte\u021bi activ fizic, v\u0103 expune\u021bi unui risc mai mare de a dezvolta cancer, inclusiv cancer de s\u00e2n. Mecanismul este similar cu cel al obezit\u0103\u021bii. Exerci\u021biile fizice regulate ajut\u0103 la <strong>reglarea nivelurilor hormonale<\/strong> precum estrogenul \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.ro\/blog\/cum-sa-cresteti-sensibilitatea-la-insulina-si-cum-sa-preveniti-rezistenta-la-insulina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">insulina.<\/a> Excesul lor poate promova cre\u0219terea celulelor canceroase. Datorit\u0103 examin\u0103rii moderne, ave\u021bi la dispozi\u021bie instrumente eficiente pentru a-l detecta \u00een stadiile incipiente, c\u00e2nd \u0219ansa de vindecare este cea mai mare. \u00cen plus, pute\u021bi face multe pentru voi acas\u0103 prin autoexaminare.
