To je, naime, <strong>naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i uzrok smrti od raka me\u0111u \u017eenama diljem svijeta.<\/strong> Me\u0111utim, ova alarmantna statistika ima i svijetlu stranu. Ako se ova bolest otkrije rano, \u0161ansa za potpuno izlje\u010denje je vrlo velika. I upravo zato je ru\u017ei\u010dasti listopad tu, da Vas podsjeti da <strong>rana dijagnoza mo\u017ee spasiti Va\u0161 \u017eivot.<\/strong>      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zajedno istra\u017eimo kako se rak dojke zapravo razvija, kako se manifestira, kako ga sprije\u010diti i kako osigurati da se otkrije na vrijeme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ruzicasti_listopad_i_njegova_vaznost\"><\/span>Ru\u017ei\u010dasti listopad i njegova va\u017enost<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poruka ru\u017ei\u010dastog listopada je jasna. Ovaj mjesec, tako\u0111er poznat kao <strong>Mjesec svjesnosti o raku dojke<\/strong>, godi\u0161nje skre\u0107e pozornost na bolest odgovornu za jednu od \u0161est smrti me\u0111u \u017eenama diljem svijeta. Tako\u0111er \u010dini do 25 % svih novo dijagnosticiranih karcinoma kod \u017eena godi\u0161nje.   <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1,8]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako rak dojke povezujemo sa \u017eenama, va\u017eno je zapamtiti da <strong>poga\u0111a i mu\u0161karce.<\/strong> Iako oni \u010dine samo 0,5 % \u2013 1 % slu\u010dajeva, vrlo je va\u017eno da imaju informacije o prevenciji. Stoga, ru\u017ei\u010dasti listopad ne bi se trebao do\u017eivljavati kao posve\u0107en isklju\u010divo \u017eenama.  <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1,8]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Povijest ru\u017ei\u010dastog listopada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri\u010da o inicijativi zapo\u010dela je 1985. godine kada je <strong>Ameri\u010dko dru\u0161tvo za borbu protiv raka<\/strong>, zajedno s <strong><em>Imperial Chemical Industries<\/em><\/strong>, osnovalo Mjesec svjesnosti o raku dojke. Njihov je cilj bio potaknuti \u017eene da se podvrgnu redovitim mamografskim pregledima i tako podr\u017ee ranu dijagnozu.  <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[1,3]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Simboli\u010dna ru\u017ei\u010dasta vrpca<\/strong> ima svoju pri\u010du. Godine 1991. aktivistica Charlotte Haley po\u010dela je izra\u0111ivati i dijeliti vrpce boje breskve kako bi skrenula pozornost na kroni\u010dni nedostatak financiranja prevencije raka. Me\u0111utim, kada su velike tvrtke primijetile njezinu ideju, promijenile su boju u ru\u017ei\u010dastu, a kampanja je postala globalni fenomen. Me\u0111utim, maligni mogu metastazirati, \u0161to zna\u010di da se mogu \u0161iriti kroz krv i limfni sustav u druge dijelove tijela.  <strong> Razvoj raka dojke mo\u017ee trajati mjesecima do godinama, \u010desto bez ikakvih po\u010detnih simptoma.<\/strong> <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[22]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Rak dojke naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se javlja kod <strong>\u017eena starijih od pedeset godina<\/strong>, ali mla\u0111e \u017eene ne treba zanemariti. Kod \u017eena <strong>mla\u0111ih od \u010detrdeset godina<\/strong>, ova je bolest rje\u0111a, ali ako se pojavi, mo\u017ee biti <strong>agresivnija.<\/strong> Jedan od razloga je \u0161to se \u010desto otkrije kasnije u ovoj dobnoj skupini, jer se simptomi zanemaruju i ne provode se redoviti mamografski pregledi. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[10]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2129333571-1124x749.jpg\" alt=\"Kako se razvija rak dojke? \" class=\"wp-image-739919\" title=\"Kako se razvija rak dojke? \" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2129333571-1124x749.jpg 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2129333571-400x267.jpg 400w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2129333571-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/iStock-2129333571-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simptomi raka dojke <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Budu\u0107i da se rak dojke u ranim fazama mo\u017eda uop\u0107e ne manifestira ili se simptomi lako previde, redoviti samopregledi dojki i preventivni pregledi su klju\u010dni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obratite pozornost na ove naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e simptome:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kvr\u017eica ili zadebljanje tkiva<\/strong> <strong>u dojci ili pazuhu.<\/strong> Uobi\u010dajena je zabluda da kancerogena kvr\u017eica mora biti bolna; me\u0111utim, u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva vrijedi suprotno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promjene u veli\u010dini, obliku<\/strong> ili <strong>izgledu dojke.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promjene na ko\u017ei dojke<\/strong>, kao \u0161to su crvenilo, udubljenja koja podsje\u0107aju na naran\u010dinu koru ili lju\u0161tenje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promjene na bradavici<\/strong>, kao \u0161to su uvrnu\u0107e ili iscjedak. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[13]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eda se pitate je li <strong>bol u dojkama, peckanje<\/strong> ili <strong>svrbe\u017e<\/strong> simptom raka. Zahvaljuju\u0107i napretku u medicini, rak dojke je danas vrlo izlje\u010div.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Plan lije\u010denja uvijek je individualiziran i ovisi o vrsti i stadiju bolesti. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se koristi kombinacija nekoliko metoda: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kirurgija<\/strong> &#8211; uklanjanje samog tumora ili cijele dojke<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kemoterapija<\/strong> &#8211; primjena lijekova koji uni\u0161tavaju stanice raka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Radioterapija<\/strong> &#8211; terapija zra\u010denjem usmjerena na uni\u0161tavanje svih preostalih stanica nakon operacije<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ove se metode \u010desto nadopunjuju ciljanom ili hormonskom terapijom, koja napada specifi\u010dne karakteristike tumora. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[14]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Faktori_rizika_za_razvoj\"><\/span>Faktori rizika za razvoj <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rak dojke nije samo pitanje slu\u010daja. Iako u mnogim slu\u010dajevima ne mo\u017eemo to\u010dno utvrditi uzrok, brojni \u010dimbenici pove\u0107avaju vjerojatnost njegovog razvoja. Na neke ne mo\u017eemo utjecati, dok su drugi u potpunosti pod na\u0161om kontrolom. Pogledajmo ih pobli\u017ee.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faktori na koje ne mo\u017eete utjecati<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Spol<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017denski spol je najzna\u010dajniji faktor rizika za razvoj raka dojke. <strong>Gotovo 99 % svih slu\u010dajeva javlja se kod \u017eena<\/strong>, iako, kao \u0161to je prethodno spomenuto, poga\u0111a i mu\u0161karce. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[8]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Menstrualni ciklus<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Na rizik od raka dojke tako\u0111er utje\u010de broj menstrualnih ciklusa koje \u017eena do\u017eivi tijekom \u017eivota. \u017dene koje imaju ve\u0107i rizik su one koje:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>nisu imale djecu,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>su imale <strong>prvu trudno\u0107u nakon 30. godine<\/strong> <strong>\u017eivota,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>su imale <strong>prvu menstruaciju prije 12. godine<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>su imale <strong>menopauzu nakon 55. godine.<\/strong>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Svi ovi faktori pove\u0107avaju ukupan broj menstrualnih ciklusa u \u017eivotu \u017eene. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[9]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Obiteljska anamneza i genetika <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se rak dojke ili jajnika pojavio kod Va\u0161eg bliskog ro\u0111aka, Va\u0161 rizik od razvoja bolesti tako\u0111er se pove\u0107ava. To je zato \u0161to, iako ve\u0107ina slu\u010dajeva raka dojke nije nasljedna, neke su uzrokovane <strong>genskim mutacijama<\/strong> koje se prenose u obiteljima.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Najpoznatije su mutacije u genima <strong>BRCA1<\/strong>, <strong>BRCA2<\/strong> i <strong>PALB-2<\/strong>, koje zna\u010dajno pove\u0107avaju rizik od raka dojke i jajnika. Stoga je va\u017eno znati svoju obiteljsku anamnezu, i ako se takva bolest pojavila u Va\u0161oj obitelji, konzultirati se s lije\u010dnikom.  <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[8,17]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Gusto\u0107a tkiva dojke <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeste li znali da tkivo dojke mo\u017ee imati razli\u010dite gusto\u0107e, a to utje\u010de na rizik od raka dojke? Va\u0161e dojke sastoje se od <strong>\u017eljezdanog, vlaknastog<\/strong> i <strong>masnog tkiva.<\/strong> Ako imate gusto tkivo dojke, to zna\u010di da imate vi\u0161e \u017elijezda i vlaknastog tkiva, a manje masti u dojkama. Ovo stanje nije samo neovisan faktor rizika za razvoj raka, ve\u0107 mo\u017ee i <strong>ote\u017eati otkrivanje tumora mamografijom.<\/strong> <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako saznati imate li gusto tkivo? Samo \u0107e Vam mamografski pregled dati jasan odgovor. Na temelju rezultata, Va\u0161 \u0107e Vam lije\u010dnik re\u0107i spadate li u kategoriju gustog tkiva. U takvom slu\u010daju, mogu preporu\u010diti dodatne preglede, kao \u0161to je <strong>ultrazvuk dojke<\/strong>. Izlo\u017eenost zra\u010denju <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako mnogi va\u017eni pregledi zahtijevaju zra\u010denje (npr. rendgen, CT pretrage), dobro je biti svjestan da ioniziraju\u0107e zra\u010denje mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati rizik od raka, uklju\u010duju\u0107i rak dojke. <strong>Me\u0111utim, nije slu\u010daj da svaka pojedina\u010dna izlo\u017eenost zra\u010denju automatski uzrokuje rak.<\/strong> Klju\u010dno je u kojoj je fazi \u017eivota i kojim dozama pojedinac izlo\u017een.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pove\u0107ani rizik dokazan je, osobito kod ponovljene i jake izlo\u017eenosti zra\u010denju. Na primjer, studije su pokazale da su djevojke i mlade \u017eene koje su bile podvrgnute \u010destim rendgenskim snimkama prsnog ko\u0161a (u prosjeku najmanje 24 puta), na primjer zbog skolioze ili lije\u010denja tuberkuloze, imale pove\u0107an rizik od raka dojke. To se manifestiralo <strong>15 do 50 godina nakon izlo\u017eenosti.<\/strong> <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Stoga je va\u017eno da lije\u010dnici koriste preglede koji uklju\u010duju ioniziraju\u0107e zra\u010denje samo u nu\u017enim slu\u010dajevima. Me\u0111utim, ako je pregled uistinu potreban, njegova je korist, naravno, ve\u0107a od rizika od pojave raka dojke za nekoliko godina.  <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faktori na koje mo\u017eete utjecati<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Konzumacija alkohola <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/sto-alkohol-radi-nasem-tijelu-i-postoji-li-njegova-zdrava-doza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alkohol<\/a> je jedan od glavnih faktora rizika na koje mo\u017eete utjecati. Znanstvenici se sla\u017eu da <strong>\u010dak i mala koli\u010dina alkohola mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati rizik od raka dojke.<\/strong>    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u0161to je to tako? Alkohol <strong>pove\u0107ava razinu <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/kako-testosteron-i-progesteron-utjecu-na-gubitak-kilograma-i-rast-misica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estrogena<\/a>,<\/strong> hormona koji mo\u017ee potaknuti rast stanica raka. Nadalje, alkohol se u tijelu pretvara u <strong>kancerogene tvari<\/strong> koje o\u0161te\u0107uju DNK. Stoga je najbolja prevencija ograni\u010diti konzumaciju alkohola na minimum.    <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[2,7]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Pu\u0161enje <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pu\u0161enje zna\u010dajno pove\u0107ava rizik od raka dojke, ne samo ako aktivno pu\u0161ite, ve\u0107 i ako pasivno udi\u0161ete dim. Mnoge tvari u dimu cigareta su <strong>kancerogene<\/strong> i mogu izravno o\u0161tetiti DNK u stanicama tkiva dojke. Ovi toksini tako\u0111er slabe imunolo\u0161ki sustav tijela, \u0161to ote\u017eava borbu protiv stanica raka.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna opse\u017ena studija na vi\u0161e od 80.000 \u017eena otkrila je da se <strong>rizik pove\u0107ao za 16 %<\/strong> kod aktivnih pu\u0161a\u010da. \u017dene koje su po\u010dele pu\u0161iti u mladoj dobi su najvi\u0161e izlo\u017eene riziku. Prekomjerna te\u017eina i pretilost <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prekomjerna te\u017eina i <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/kako-geni-utjecu-na-vasu-tjelesnu-tezinu-i-sklonost-pretilosti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pretilost<\/a> su me\u0111u glavnim faktorima rizika za razvoj raka dojke, osobito nakon menopauze. Vi\u0161ak tjelesne masti mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati razinu <strong>estrogena<\/strong>, hormona koji poti\u010de rast stanica raka. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[18]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, rizik se ne odnosi samo na starije \u017eene. Studije su pokazale da je pretilost tako\u0111er povezana s ve\u0107im rizikom od <strong>agresivnijih vrsta raka dojke prije menopauze.<\/strong> Kod pretilih \u017eena, rizik od razvoja ovih vrsta raka bio je 43 % do 80 % ve\u0107i nego kod \u017eena zdrave te\u017eine. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Hormonska terapija nakon menopauze<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako se utjecaj umjetno primijenjenih hormona na rizik od raka dojke jo\u0161 uvijek istra\u017euje, znamo da je va\u017eno biti oprezan. Hormonska nadomjesna terapija, koju koriste \u017eene u postmenopauzi, mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati rizik, osobito ako kombinira <strong>estrogen i progesteron<\/strong>. Suprotno tome, samo estrogen ne pove\u0107ava ovaj rizik.   <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[5,15]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/kako-hormonska-kontracepcija-oblikuje-preferencije-pri-odabiru-partnera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>kontracepcijskih pilula<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> studije sugeriraju da se rizik od raka pove\u0107ava tijekom njihove uporabe. Me\u0111utim, nakon prestanka, postupno se vra\u0107a u normalu. Nedavna opse\u017ena studija u Danskoj pokazala je da je hormonska kontracepcija pove\u0107ala rizik od raka dojke u prosjeku za 20 %.   <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Nedostatak tjelesne aktivnosti<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako vodite sjedila\u010dki na\u010din \u017eivota i niste tjelesno aktivni, izla\u017eete se ve\u0107em riziku od razvoja raka, uklju\u010duju\u0107i rak dojke. Mehanizam je sli\u010dan onome kod pretilosti. Redovita tjelovje\u017eba poma\u017ee <strong>regulirati razinu hormona<\/strong> kao \u0161to su estrogen i <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/osjetljivost-na-inzulin-kako-ga-povecati-i-sprijeciti-otpornost-na-inzulin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">inzulin<\/a>. Njihov vi\u0161ak mo\u017ee potaknuti rast stanica raka. Tjelesna aktivnost tako\u0111er ja\u010da imunolo\u0161ki sustav i smanjuje upalne procese u tijelu, koji su faktori koji doprinose razvoju ove bolesti.     <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[19]<\/span><\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Prehrana<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako ne postoji \u010dudesna hrana koja mo\u017ee sprije\u010diti rak dojke, ono \u0161to jedete jedan je od faktora rizika. Prehrana bogata <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/7-savjeta-kako-smanjiti-visokopreradenu-hranu-u-vasoj-prehrani-i-jesti-zdravije\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>visoko prera\u0111enom<\/strong> <strong>hranom<\/strong><\/a><strong>, \u0161e\u0107erima<\/strong> i <strong>crvenim mesom<\/strong> mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati rizik od bolesti. Preporu\u010duje se obavljati ga <strong>jednom mjese\u010dno<\/strong>, idealno <strong>2 \u2013 3 dana nakon po\u010detka menstruacije.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijekom <strong>menopauze<\/strong>, mo\u017eete odabrati <strong>bilo koji dan u mjesecu.<\/strong> Samopregled uklju\u010duje <strong>vizualni pregled ispred ogledala<\/strong> i <strong>palpaciju<\/strong> (stoje\u0107i ili le\u017ee\u0107i).
